Surprise! Your unused subscription was auto renewed :(

Charged me full price for another year without warning or notifying before hand. Didn't use the service for almost a year and woke up to a 86$ automatic payment. They refused to refund even though I contacted them less than 3 hours after the billing. Poor customer service and shady billing practices. I would never use their services again and would not recommend.
