Just a quick note to say how wonderful it is when a lettings agent knows what to do and does it well. Thank you Vanessa Borroso, its always a pleasure and you make it so easy, kind regards Anthony
Led by Bridget, Fletchers' property management team are always friendly, professional and efficient so I recommmend their services to any landlord!
This was the first time we've used Fletchers and from the beginning of the process they were helpful, friendly and on the ball. Our attentive agent Lily totally understood our needs and requirements for a rental property and found us the perfect place in no time, being transparent and communicative along the way. Just before we moved in our property manager Bailey gave us a welcome call with some useful information and helped get things sorted the first week with amazingly fast turnaround times. Would totally recommend.
We have used Fletchers for their property management services for 7 years now and they have a great attentive team. Our current property manager is Vanessa and she has quickly come up to speed on our properties, is proactive and very responsive. Thank you Vanessa and team!
The whole team are great. Really went out of their way to help us before during and after our tenancy. Best agents in Chiswick!
I am very happy that Fletchers Estate Agents are the ones managing the rental property we have. Always efficient, always effective, communication is clear, instructions are followed, advice and guidance needed was provided on every single question or issue regarding the renewals, change of tenants, repairs and maintenance, HMO licence, payments. Particular mention to Vanessa and Alexandra in rental and management and James who helped with a valuation request.
We recently rented and bought with Fletchers Estate Agents in Chiswick . We were pleased with their service. Bridget and Shakira managed the property and any repairs were dealt with efficiently . The contractors they employ are personable and professional. The team is quick to address any maintenance requests and ensuring everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend Fletchers lettings and property management!
Vanessa has done a great job!
We just moved in to a new flat managed by Fletchers and had a few different issues which were very prompty dealt with by Bridget and Vanessa. They are very efficient and communicative, keeping us up to date about repairs and responsive to our requests :) This was the first flat I viewed in our house search and I also wanted to thank Narmin for being so friendly and approachable, helping us to get our offer accepted and being an amazing presence!
I pay for full management and I get total peace of mind that the Fletchers Team - and Bridgit Kerin in particular - are all over looking after my property and tenants. I always get full visibility of what is going on and have been using them for many years now
Massive thanks to Fletchers for their help and support over the last few years! They are professional, knowledgeable and efficient! Thank you Vanessa, Shakira, Erica, Han, Lily, Bridget, Bailey, Alexsandra and team :-)
We have been very happy with our new property manager Bailey, who’s been very helpful, professional and proactive in addressing any issues. Thank you!
Bailey has been extremely helpful in sorting out a few niggles in our flat. Her responses have always been prompt and she followed up each time a contractor fixed something to make sure that it was done properly. She's friendly but also consummately professional. Thank you!
Very professional competent, understanding and kind service. - always ready to go above and beyond.
Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. Great company to deal with
Aleksandra Our property manager was amazingly helpful with arranging our new fridge delivery. She is very professional and friendly and was always there for us whenever we need her. Thank you so much Alex !
Bridget our property manager has been amazing. From the day we moved in she has been there to answer any questions and arrange everything for us. She is very quick to respond and is helpful & friendly. Thank you Bridget.
5 star service from Vanessa Barroso. Keep up the great work Fletchers.
Bridget Kerin is a fantastic property manager. She has been managing my property for several years, consistently demonstrating expertise, reliability, and a genuinely helpful approach. Her professionalism and dedication ensure that every aspect of property and tenant management is handled seamlessly.
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the lack of professionalism in handling my scheduled property viewing. I had an appointment at 10:00 AM, but no one arrived. After waiting in the rain for 10 minutes, I called the office, only to be informed that the viewing had to be canceled because the keys were unavailable. I was also told that multiple calls were made to inform me, yet I did not receive any missed calls or messages. This miscommunication and lack of accountability are unacceptable. I expect a higher level of professionalism and reliability in such matters.
Very professional and responsive team. Thank you Chloe for a very quick help with the boiler!
