Fletchers Estate Agents Reviews

Vanessa has been lovely to work with in getting some maintenance organised and approved on our flat. Friendly, efficient, and very on top of things - things you don't hear often when it comes to estate agents but have had a really positive experience with Fletchers. Thank you!

Just a quick note to say how wonderful it is when a lettings agent knows what to do and does it well. Thank you Vanessa Borroso, its always a pleasure and you make it so easy, kind regards Anthony

I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the warm and attentive support Fletchers Estates provided throughout my property search and move-in process. From start to finish, your team made everything seamless and stress-free—I truly appreciate your professionalism and care.

Having had to deal with quite a few issues in the rental property my family and I recently moved into, I was relying on Fletchers to get these rectified. Bridget was exceptional in not only getting the problems fixed, but also in keeping us continually notified of the actions she was taking and the status of jobs. Her cheerful disposition and empathic nature made a bad situation easier to handle, and her can-do attitude was instrumental in achieving a positive outcome. Along with the rest of her Property Management team, she is an asset to Fletchers.

I have used Fletchers as my Letting Agents for many years and have been very happy with them. Han has always gone out of his way to help. Recently I went full service with them and Vanessa and the team have been fantastic. They are quick to respond and solve any issues. Definitely worth 5 stars

I am impressed with the exceptional service I have received from Vanessa as my property manager. From the very beginning, Vanessa has gone above and beyond to ensure that my experience has been seamless, professional, and stress-free. I am incredibly grateful for her hard work, dedication, and the peace of mind she has provided me. I would highly recommend Vanessa to anyone in need of a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy property manager. She is truly a standout professional!

Great service! Every time we had something that needs a tweak, Fletchers are prompt to respond. Last time, George Tilby came to do some repairs and he was super helpful and very efficient. He explained us what needed to be done, which is the experience we had in previous rentals.

Great job from Fletchers Property Management and a special thank you to Ted Turner, the Maintenance Specialist who dealt with the matter. Timely, clear and efficient. A big thank you!

I have been dealing with Fletchers for at least four years and have found their services to be very professional. Bridget, who looks after my property is excellent; she’s prompt, thorough and very pleasant to work with. Bridget is always on top of things and is excellent with follow ups. I am a happy customer!

Aleksandra has been very helpful and efficient.

I have been with Fletchers since 2011 and have been super happy with the my decision. They really take care of every need and ensure my tenants are well taken care of. I have absolute peace of mind that all regulations are followed and that the property is adequately maintained. I’ve had multiple property managers over the years and when they change it is seamless transition. However, been working with Bridget for a number of years and really hope she will continue to look after my property for more years to come.

I dealt with several property management companies over the last 15 years and Fletchers are by far the best. They're professional and their communications are great, I'd definitely recommend them.

I have been dealing as a tenant with Fletchers Estate Agents for quite a while now and I really appreciate their genuine care and support, their quick responses to any issue and the follow up they do to make sure all is going so well. Their outstanding communication in terms of appointments, contractors, maintenance, or even communication with the landlord regarding any requirements. Very friendly and professional agents.

Very well covered and comprehensive support throughout our experience with renting with fletchers. Narmin showed us around several properties in one go and was really helpful!

I would like to leave this review for Bridget Kerin (Head of Property Management). She was lovely and helpful throughout my tenancy of 5 years. She is easy to talk to and just being herself, and you can sense the honesty in her. I liked that she equally cared for me as a tenant as much as the landlord, which is quite rare today. Wish you happiness and prosperity. Take care x

Property Manager Bridget is not only professional and efficient she is friendly and strikes the right balance with both myself as the landlord and my tenants.

I have rented my flat out, using Fletchers Property Management for over 10 years and always have been impressed with the staff I have dealt with. They are helpful and efficient and my current property manager Bridget Kerin is excellent.

I have used Fletchers for many years as letting agents but have only recently appointed them to manage my property. I am very happy with the result - the team has been friendly, helpful and efficient from the start. I am particularly grateful to, and impressed by, Bridget Kerin for her unstinting support and professionalism, which I am finding invaluable.

A long time ago, I chose to consider Buy-to-Let as an alternative to some other pension options. I have been lucky to be able to do this with the support of Fletchers and key employees for my portfolio such as VANESSA BARROSO, BRIDGET KERIN AND SHAKIRA ALEXANDER-WALCOTT. They have been great and supportive when things dont go right, but definitely have my interests at heart. I pride myself as being a very good and reactive Landlord, fair to tenants, and they support me in this role.

I have used Fletchers property management for 6 years and have been very satisfied with the level of reactiveness and professionalism. I especially would like to praise Bridget, their Head of Property management who is perfect in her role.
