I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the lack of professionalism in handling my scheduled property viewing. I had an appointment at 10:00 AM, but no one arrived. After waiting in the rain for 10 minutes, I called the office, only to be informed that the viewing had to be canceled because the keys were unavailable. I was also told that multiple calls were made to inform me, yet I did not receive any missed calls or messages. This miscommunication and lack of accountability are unacceptable. I expect a higher level of professionalism and reliability in such matters.
