I didn't know about any subscription on this but today after having the device for 3 days I get a bill for 99.99 for a subscription.

They sell a product to help you avoid being scammed, and then scam you themselves by signing you up for a long subscription and making it very difficult to cancel it. Very disappointed.
I didn't know that this qad a $99 subscription. So I thought I was getting scammed. I canceled my credit card and now I have a new one. I can't return it, but it was a good idea without the auto subscription charge.
They sign you up for Premium Service the minute you get your device without telling you. You must cancel before 30 days of placing the order. This is a classic Internet scam. I would not recommend this product as they use deceptive business practices. If you have a good product you don't need to trick people into a subscription.

Be very wary of this company. The original cost of the sensor along with the free downloadable application is reasonable and the product is useful. However, FIXD makes its money from their premium subscription service. The premium subscription is supposed to be optional, but they sign you up whether you want it or not. The customer service is awful, if you email them, you get an automated response which does not address the issues. In my experience, once they get your credit card details, they will keep trying to take money. I had to get my credit card company’s fraud prevention office involved to put a block on their payment requests.
The worst refund policy. Had my fixd service for several years. I have recommended it to several family and friends who needed the extra help. I was told I should have gotten an email to cancel my services the day before, but I never did. Yes, I checked my junk mail, too. But I got one two weeks prior. Anyway, I canceled the same day and was told NO REFUND. Only refund the first year within 30 days. After that, you are out of luck. But I was sure that my account was canceled, so I won't be charged another year. I will not be telling anyone else about this service.
While the product may be good when I tried to ask for refund back from new year subscription u was denied. It was with a day or so of renewal. I had no electricity recovering fri hurricane Helene and spotty cellphone for internet. Cancel you R renewal as soon as you get They do NoT notify if upcoming renewal and then don’t work with you Only say refund only during first days of new sign up It recommend for this fact alone Poor customer service. Have a year worth of done thing from a company I now detest. May they never be in a hurricane damage situation and need help ! Karma if the universe …..
It was easy and to the point
I bought the "fixed" obd device for $19.00.. Then I was charged $44 dollars, Yesterday, I was charged $126.00, and today, I was charged another $99.00 dollars. What gives fixed...? For a device they only wanted $19.00 dollars for, it sure has cost me several times that amount, and I can't even use it yet, because supposedly I don't have an account yet..! And if I don't act fast, I could lose my account to use my device. DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP...! THEY WILL F#CK YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY...! I got milk through Facebook, and got SCREWED.....! DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP. IT IS A SCAM..!

I wanted to get the trial run, but they started it before I received the item. When I received the item, they charged me for the year. I tried to reason with their customer support, but they were unresponsive. I canceled my service, and a year later, they charged me again! I tried to dispute it, showing my cancellation from my Google account, but apparently, I had to cancel through their confusing platform. I wonder how much money these guys steal from folks who don't know whether they're subscribed. TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE and DECEITFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES
This item does not diagnose the codes unless you pay for a premium account, DO NOT BUY THEY WILL SUCK YOU IN TO PAY MORE MONEY

Very deceitful. Purchase product then go thru the set up, run your code checks then you learn that you need to pay more money to diagnose or even clear out. This is BS Do Not Buy
