The worst refund policy. Had my fixd service for several years. I have recommended it to several family and friends who needed the extra help. I was told I should have gotten an email to cancel my services the day before, but I never did. Yes, I checked my junk mail, too. But I got one two weeks prior. Anyway, I canceled the same day and was told NO REFUND. Only refund the first year within 30 days. After that, you are out of luck. But I was sure that my account was canceled, so I won't be charged another year. I will not be telling anyone else about this service.
