I have asked for a refund of $99.99. They neglect to say the app is $99.99; I have gotten no response for a purchase debited from my account almost a month ago.

There no where to store or look up the diagnostic data of the vehicle.

Ordered my FIXD Scanners online and I received them within a week from GA to CA. I ordered two Scanners, one each for my Toyota Vehicles. I followed the directions explicitly and did the Scan on both vehicles. I got the results that I wanted to see! Truly, a wonderful product along with the AI Technology behind it to provide a very useful tool for all Vehicle Owners. I now monitor the car care and maintenance of my Toyota Vehicles. My FIXD Scanners and Smartphone App is a precious and outstanding tool to do so! Kudos to FIXD!

So far it delivers as advertised

Cost for the premium subscription is too much I’m not a full time repair tech. I’m just trying to help my family save money. $99 year is pretty high since I’m not making any money from using the fix device

That it was right on with the diagnosis, and I am able to turn off the check engine light.

I'm beyond angry. FIXD enrolled me in their autopay program for the premium subscription without my consent, and it's been impossible to cancel due to their "account management" maze of a user flow consistently ending in a vague, scammy error message. Reaching out to their "customer service" team results in canned, AI-generated messages trying to direct you to the same maddening "manage account" flow.

It keeps saying network error and I can use every other app just fine

I love having the fixd chip. I like to know what's happening with my vehicles and how to handle it. Great tool!

(Fixd) tried to Illegally and without my knowledge or Permission charge my credit card $99 for their premium upgrade. What a bunch of crooked basters. It is a good thing my 0 fraud capital one credit card detected their Crooked ways of doing business and Gave them a big (declined) Automatically..... Way to go capital one 👍
