TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE
I wanted to get the trial run, but they started it before I received the item. When I received the item, they charged me for the year. I tried to reason with their customer support, but they were unresponsive. I canceled my service, and a year later, they charged me again! I tried to dispute it, showing my cancellation from my Google account, but apparently, I had to cancel through their confusing platform. I wonder how much money these guys steal from folks who don't know whether they're subscribed. TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE and DECEITFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES
