Easy to install & use. Happy to find no system issues too! Update: Had the vehicle checked by the mechanic shop and confirmed no issues found. I feel this was a good investment for me. Also, I have seen people having issues when first buying/setting up the device and getting charged additional fees. I did not have that issue at all!!

Became a very handy and helping me read the code to come up on my car. I was able to look to get it fixed without costing a lot of money to do a diagnostic on it. I will be purchasing another one.

Easy to install and use . I like the fact that it tracks your mileage with reminders of when to change the oil and rotate tires. Also the fact that you can troubleshoot issues you were having with your vehicle. And then it actually will tell you what the possible fixes for it and how much the part would be also recommendations of how much mechanics will charge to do the work. Definitely have recommended this to other family members and friends. All in all very useful tool That gives the auto owner a little bit of control peace of mind.

I ordered FIXD June 2020. In June 2021, I cancelled it as I was not willing to pay the $69.99. I have enail proof it was cancelled. Then on August 10, 2024 this company STOLE $99.99 from my credit card! They waited three years and fifty days to charge my card again, this time it was $99.99! I called my credit union and filed a fraudulent activity claim as I did not give permission for them to charge me. My credit card has been closed and I contacted the company, by the way their phone customer service is a joke! They told me oh you must have logged into your account. Ummm no and even if I had, you would have to resubscribe to the services which I have not done. They told me oh well you will have to email support because we have issued a refund. There should never have been a refund as this company was not authorized to charge me after 2021. The BBB is littered with similar complaints. I have also filed a police report and a complaint with the WA State Attorney General's office.

This is a great tool for a mechanically challenged individual

It is a rip off and a waste of your money. I tried to use it in a serious situation and all I got was advertisements to spend more money. I kept getting pop-up for sales pitches when I was trying to figure it out. Pure scam.

Buyer Beware!!! While the FIXD product performed as advertised, and I was delighted that a $19.99 product actually worked, I did not at the time realize the insidious gotcha that resided in the Terms and Conditions that you agree to when you purchase the Trojan Horse device - that unless you notify FIXD, you will be charged $99.99 for their premium services (basically you can call a "automotive repair man" with questions after getting your code reading). You have 30 days to cancel, after which they will continue to charge your card $99.99 a year, hoping that you don't notice. I don't know about you, but one would hope that anyone offering a "Premium Service" would notify you of the service and the charge and let you opt in, rather than requiring you to opt out, especially when the terms are hidden in the Terms and Conditions. This is a sleazy way to make more money off of people, ruining the positive experience I had with using the device - which now basically cost me $120.

I love this little gadget and tells me what's wrong with my car and I can get it fixed it's a good investment

While on vacation, I had the sensor and app with me and we experienced a problem with the car. The app and sensor correctly diagnosed the issue and we were back on the road within an hour or so this app offers great peace of mind when you’re traveling.

Well I was able to identify the problem with my vehicle. The problem was minor and was able to switch off the check engine light. Gave me an idea what to expect and to see if I would get the same answers from the mechanic. Great. Love it

Ordered device and got an email stating I would be charged $99 in 14 days and annually thereafter. When you order the device it doesn’t state anywhere you are signing up for $99 annual subscription as I would never have bought it. When you cancel there is not an option for ‘FIXD signed me up for premium without my knowledge’ I had to choose ‘I signed up in error’ instead. It was an ‘error’ of judgement on my part! FIXD needs to be more transparent with consumers. I now have to ensure I won’t be charged and it’s extra work for me I don’t need.
