Buyer Beware!!!
While the FIXD product performed as advertised, and I was delighted that a $19.99 product actually worked, I did not at the time realize the insidious gotcha that resided in the Terms and Conditions that you agree to when you purchase the Trojan Horse device - that unless you notify FIXD, you will be charged $99.99 for their premium services (basically you can call a "automotive repair man" with questions after getting your code reading). You have 30 days to cancel, after which they will continue to charge your card $99.99 a year, hoping that you don't notice. I don't know about you, but one would hope that anyone offering a "Premium Service" would notify you of the service and the charge and let you opt in, rather than requiring you to opt out, especially when the terms are hidden in the Terms and Conditions. This is a sleazy way to make more money off of people, ruining the positive experience I had with using the device - which now basically cost me $120.
