No refund during a hurricane disaster
While the product may be good when I tried to ask for refund back from new year subscription u was denied. It was with a day or so of renewal. I had no electricity recovering fri hurricane Helene and spotty cellphone for internet. Cancel you R renewal as soon as you get They do NoT notify if upcoming renewal and then don’t work with you Only say refund only during first days of new sign up It recommend for this fact alone Poor customer service. Have a year worth of done thing from a company I now detest. May they never be in a hurricane damage situation and need help ! Karma if the universe …..
