Easy to use !

Followed the Fixd instructions multiple times and while the phone obviously communicated with the adapter, the low voltage error kept poppinng up. Contacted Fixd support, she had no idea why it wouldn't work. Stated it would be over 48 hours before they world get back to me (good thing, I'm not on any type of time schedule... right). After all, it's just the ability to detect what's causing the ses light to come on to renew my tag... right. The ONE thing this thing DOES do... collect your information and communicate data to their server so, an automated phishing scam this is. Avoid, does not work. Will be returning for a refund... thanks for wasting my time.

These scamming fools will hit your bank up for $99.99 without letting you know. No where in there advertising do they mention this .they lead you to believe your only cost is $19.99 plus tax $21 and change .I hate miss leading people I will never order anything from YouTube again .I'm going back and fourth with my bank over this crap !!!!😡😡😡

Fixed my problem

FIXD Tried to charge the $99 fee to my credit card WITHOUT my authorization.

Device works great! Reset code and diagnostic were spot on!

It's diagnosed any problems. Then cleared the codes after I fixed. It does everything it said it would do.

Seems to work as advertised. Just tested today. I'm a bit of an info nerd! I like having all this info at my finger tips! 😁

This equipment is really great to have and, even my wife love it

I have used this on my vehicle. I also used a mechanics diagnostic machine as well to compare results. Both the Fixd and the diagnostic machine gave same codes. I only did that to see how true this machine was. I like the fact that they also send me an email with the Code information and what I can do to fix the issue with my vehicle. This little, tiny machine is amazing and I highly recommend to anyone! this is great for women too this way they don't get ripped off at a mechanic shop

I would have given these guys 5 stars, but unfortunately, I hate these type of scams where they automatically sign you up for their annual subscription for $99/month. So then you have to go through the process of cancelling your subscription which will take about 30 minutes to go through and being a techie to figure it out. What a load of garbage.

Muy buen scaner

I have been using the FIXD scanner for a few years on both my vehicles and have saved hundreds of dollars on repairs. I ordered a second unit recently and in advertantly ordered the premium subscription. When I realized this and requested a refund, FIXD very quickly cancelled my subscription and refunded the cost for me. Thank you FIXD. I have recommended the scanner to my friends who do their own repairs and some of them have ordered the FIXD scanner.
