Still waiting

I placed my order on December 18, 2024 and I still have not received it. I emailed customer service and they replied with an AI bot. I inquired further and finally got a response from a human. They said my order is being processed as quickly as possible. Today is January 10. I guess I'll have to go back to USWaterSystems.com for my water filtration needs. "Express" Water; lol at the irony.

Do not subscribe

Even though we have a subscription for the filters to be delivered every three months, still have to contact customer service to get the filters to be shipped.

I emailed customer service several…

I emailed customer service several times because the wrong delivery address was on the order. Once I noticed it I emailed immediately and according to Express Water the filters had not shipped yet. I STILL haven't had a response from customer service. Thank goodness they went to my daughters address so I'll get them in a couple of weeks when she comes home for a visit.

Best filter systems I trust

I write this during the Los Angeles fires. Express Water is located in West Hollywood. We pray for all of their safety during this time. I have several filter systems I purchased and have had a great experience every time. I have had experience with their support team in the past. They were always quick on response and have helped on any issue I have had. I have come to trust Express Water owning three major filter systems. I recently purchased a system for my work knowing I can depend on them for all of my needs.

I still haven’t gotten it. Update: Got it!

Over 2 weeks later I still haven’t received it. Company is super unresponsive - several emails sent without response. Edit for reply: I finally got a hold of someone on the phone a few days ago. She wasn’t very apologetic, but said they would re-ship via UPS - but that hasn’t shipped either. This was all before the LA fires, so while that is understandably an issue now, it wasn’t for the 2 weeks prior to the fire. Not impressed. I provided the order number to them again today. We’ll see… Update #2: Got item, easy install. Flow rate is definitely too slow for a kitchen faucet, but is just fine for my instant hot and water dispenser.

Need improved service and response

Filter order was placed on Dec 20 2024 and the label was created next day but the item had not shipped yet and I followed up on jan5th and I am getting response 2 days after and nothing concrete when the filters will be shipped . This is not good customer service

I ordered their countertop RO water…

I ordered their countertop RO water filtration system less than 6 months ago, and need to replace the filters recently. I looked in their Amazon store and found that the filters are not available on Amazon so I looked on their website and found the model I need. I placed the order and received a notification that a FedEx label was created so I expected it should arrive in a few days. However, the package never came. So I tracked the package with the tracking number and found that FedEx never got their package. I called 3 times and used their online support multiple times and the problem wasn't resolved, the last time I called I just asked to have my money refunded since it had been over 13 days and I also received an email from them that the filters I ordered was out of stock and no estimate date was given for they will have those filters in stalk again. However they told me they can't refund me right away because they aren't sure if the package was actually shipped or not.

Ordered filter set on 112/24/24

Ordered filter set on 112/24/24. I know it is the Holiday season so waited to 1/7/25 because I haven't heard anything about order. Called and they couldn't tell me anything. They said might be sent and might be on a pallet getting ready to send. Only satisfaction they gave me was you can cancel order and get them somewhere else. Not what I wanted to here

Never received my order

I have not received my water filters. I reached out to Express Water on December 3oth and received a reply on January 2nd and was asked to be patient. My order was placed on December 17, 2024. It is now January 7, 2025 and my order is still sitting in Label Created status with no updates from Express Water. My card has been charged and 21 days later, I have no filters, no update on my order, and no prospective date when they might possibly be shipped.

Just received my second Model 6 ALK…

Just received my second Model 6 ALK water filtration system on Sunday. Installed it in an hour and up and running without any problem! Been buying Crystal Springs bottled gallon water for the past two weeks. The coffee is tasting much better again! Great appreciation to Alana and the rest of the Express Water support team! My daughter enjoys the unit I gifted her as a house warming gift too. With a young boy and a one year old baby girl, clean water makes all the difference in keeping them healthy.

Order arrived after long delay

I like the Express Water system and have used it for over 7 years. I am disappointed I was not notified of a backorder at the time the order was placed, but have since received it. It is hard to reach a representative at times, but understand their location is in L.A. Everyone is polite, once you can contact customer service.

Disappointing customer service from Express Water

I ordered an item from Express Water (the tool you need to remove and replace filters) on December 18 and as of January 6 it has still not been shipped. Express Water customer service team has not been able to provide an estimated delivery date, has not given a reason for the delay, and did not honor my request for expedited shipping. It also took their customer service team a week to respond to my initial email request about the status of the order, 10 days after I’d placed it.
