not installed yet

I bought the whole house 3 stage water…

I bought the whole house 3 stage water filter through Amazon on December 2023. I have changed the filter on August 2024 and noticed there are some white stuff in the filter housing. Yesterday 3/8 2025 i tried to change the filters again since I have noticed the quality of the water was so bad. When I opened the housing the water inside was so disgusting full of white stuff and the water itself was completely white. I am so concerned about our family health during the time we were using this water filter.

Customer Service people were very nice…

Customer Service people were very nice and tried to be helpful, but they really didn't have much knowledge about the product. For practical reasons, I've made 3 phone calls and sent 2 emails and I still haven't received the invoice for the parts I need to complete my installation. So besides the filters I haven't even made a purchase yet, but I'm trying. I was disappointed that I haven't even had an email reply to my questions regarding the product and it's parts. After my last phone call, I was supposed to get an email invoice so I could buy the parts. That never came either. But thanks anyways, PS the date below is in the middle of several interactions between 2/22 and maybe 3/3 2025

So convenient,with peace of mind…

So convenient,with peace of mind knowing we have reverse osmosis water in our house.We don't have to go to the store and carry heavy water home.

Both times that I have set up automatic…

Both times that I have set up automatic shipments the order is doubled. I end up receiving two orders one week apart. The product works, but your automatic order process is a headache to use. I saw that my credit card was charged twice and reported it to you and asked that one of the transactions be refunded to my account. You went ahead and sent the second set and now expect me to send it back at my cost. I will keep the second order since I have already been charged. My account needs to cancel to automatic shipments.

SELLING A PRODUCT WITH NO REPLACEMENT FILTERS AVAILABLE FOR MORE THAN THREE MONTHS

EXPRESS WATER MODEL 6 REVERSE OSMOSIS UNIT. I HAVE HAD THE UNIT FOR OVER ONE YEAR AND WAS VERY HAPPY WITH IT. FILTERS STARTED NEEDING REPLACEMENT IN LATE NOVEMBER OF 2024. AS OF TODAY 3/4/2025 THERE ARE NO REPLACEMENT FILTERS AVAILABLE. EMAILS ARRIVE STATING THEY WILL BE AVAILBLE AND THEN THEY ARE NOT. fUNNY THAT THEY ARE STILL SELLING NEW UNITS. BUYER BEWARE !

Delicious clear and clean water

Purchased some replacement filters for my Elite RO system installed about 2 years ago. The system in general has been a very good performer giving me delicious clear and clean water. These new filters will further my experience, which I am absolutely certain will be as great as the first 2 years. Thanks Express Water!

This company sends broken parts

This company sends broken parts. We received a water filter still in plastic and broken. It was shipped knowing that it was broken. When we reached out multiple times via email our response was always. We will send you a new one. It has been over a month and we have not received our delivery. When you call to speak to someone you get a message that they are too busy at this time and their call volume is too high. So you have to go online. You send a message online and then you don't hear back from someone. We still have not received our filter yet. We have paid for it. I will continue to write these reviews until someone has contacted us.
