Haven’t received my order after a month and only get automated messages from the help line.
My message to Express Water sent through their contact form: "Over the past several years, I have bought 3 whole house water filtration systems from your company as well as additional filters. I recently ordered (A-113552) two filters from your company. After a period of several days, I was informed through a system generated email that my order had been cancelled and my money refunded. This lack of personal and direct communication is extremely disappointing in addition to the fact that you don't have the filters(!) necessary to run your equipment. I was not offered any alternatives. I was not offered to be put on a wait list, I was merely told to take my money back and leave. I tried calling the 800 number to speak to someone merely to be told by the automated messaging system that your company would only communicate through the contact form for orders and cancelled orders, yet another way to depersonalize your relationships with your customers. I am sorry that I ever spent so much money with your company (at least $2,500). You are not a reliable partner. I doubt that I will receive a response to this at all and even if do, I'm certain that I will receive the obligatory corporate speak about how much your organization cares and what not. If that's all you got, you can keep it. I have sourced more reliable and better run companies to provide my needs."

The product doesn’t work as advertised, they have a restocking fee and return fee. Customer service doesn’t accept calls, they don’t respond to emails. Terrible way to shop online
I purchased a whole house filtration system over a month ago for over $500. All I received was the filters and the spin down sediment filter. I’ve left numerous emails, as this is the only way to contact them anymore for customer service. They say someone will get back to you via phone, but nobody ever does. Their phone line doesn’t allow customer service calls any longer. Very disappointed in this purchase. I have the EW RO system that I’ve been happily using for years as well. Love their story, but seems like they've lost their way… UPDATE: the company says they've contacted me, but they haven't. Looks like an AI bot writing responses to review's.....I've called and gotten ahold of someone that says a replacement will be sent over a week ago, but haven't received anything or even a confirmation that one is being sent. Next step is showing up at thier office.
Ordered a filter tube I had, that had a chip.12/19/2024. Got lost in 15 pallets. Truck comes every day but no room. To successful I guess but very honest. Still waiting hopefully. Gary

No information update for my order almost 22days , nothing happened! I still don’t have my order!
Delivery was a little slow, but I evidently order through Shop vice Amazon, slowing the process somewhat. I guess the discount was worth the wait. All in all the filter system is good and I'm glad I went with Express Water.
The filter system in my house is my Express Waters and I've been very happy with that system. Express water has made it very easy to order the filter refills, especially on an auto ship basis
