I have not received the item that I ordered
We were not even informed about how long it would take to ship the product. We have not received it even after 2 weeks of placing the order and don’t know how much time it would take further. A simple responsible communication could have set our expectation right
You didn’t answer my question at all! I asked for help with the tracking number and I got told that you are busy and orders will take some time getting sent out. My order has already been sent out but the tracking number just shows that FedEx got it on 12/23/24 and I still don’t have my order.

I have not received my order yet. It has been over two weeks. I looked briefly for a phone number to inquire about the situation but did not find one. I will look a little harder this week and try again. It's been too long. I may buy 3rd party filters next time.

Placed my order on 12/20 and received tracking notification fairly quickly. Then, noticed FedEx is still awaiting the package from Express Water 2 weeks later. Reached out requesting assistance and still awaiting a person to review and assist with resolving this. Will try calling after another business day passes, but so far it hasn’t been a great experience. 1/17/25 update: after submitting multiple additional contact forms and emails, I lost patience and threatened both BBB complaint and credit card dispute. Magically, I received a response that night and order shipped the very next day. People were respectful and kind, but this is no way to do business.
Placed my order it is still still in North Hollywood, California since December 20th. Spoke to customer service and have not gotten any answers as to when we will receive our filters.
We ordered the whole house filtration system we also ordered the RO system for underneath a sink.We decided to return the whole house Filtration system and did not receive a refund until we called them multiple times Only to receive partial refund. Over a week ago we ordered replacement filters for our RO system, the shipment had not been sent out yet, I called multiple times and emailed when I finally got in touch with somebody She proceeded to tell me that our shipment was lost, later that night I received an email stating that they didn’t have it in stock and I should try Amazon. Not sure why I did not receive a notification or call before this. I just ordered The filters from Amazon, hoping to receive them at stated date.
I still have not received my purchase yet. They debited my checking account immediately FEDEX tracking has said said label created since the19th of December. After 4 phone calls all ending with we will send you an email update at the end of the day I have never received a single email
Ordered a filter via phone and after three weeks filter had still not been shipped. Also, the attendant did not listen to what I needed. Needed fittings and they were not included with the order. After three phone calls three weeks later I got three different stories on why it had not shipped. was told to order on Amazon for quicker access. At this point, I’m sorry that I even called.
December 17th I bought two filters, I haven't received them yet, I track them just to print the label.
Need to do follow ups with there customers, and also check to see if the product was shipped out to the customers, need more reliable people working for your business!
Ordered it on the 18th and still undelivered. Looking at the USPS tracking, it showed (and still showes) only the "label was created" on the 18th and "USPS is awaiting the item". Then on 26th I sent an e-mail inquiry on the status and "Anthony" replied the delay was "due to the holiday season and increased demand, there might be a slight delay in processing and shipping". Then on the 27th I received what I assume was an automated "rate the help Anthony gave you" message. Later that day (27th) he replied that he was taking this matter to the warehouse to get me an update ASAP. Not a peep since... UGH!
They claimed to have shipped my $350 order on 12/18/24 but only a label was created. I called fedex on 12/26/24 and they do not have possession of my package. Company will not reship or refund. Going through the chargeback process with my bank.
It will not work at my house. I returned it unopened in original packaging. It was received by Allen at Express Water on 12/4. I’ve yet to get my promised refund or an update.
