Express Water

I made a purchase of whole house filtration and after I did, I found out it would void my warranty of my water softer. I chose to return the order within 30 days. I sent the unused items back. They received them on Nov 27th. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not heard back from the company or received my refund! I cannot purchase items from them and wait over 3 weeks and then pay! I understand it takes a day to issue the refund and a few days for it to post back to my credit card but 3 weeks and nothing this is unacceptable!! Do not do business with this company! They take your money and refuse to return it in accordance to their own refund policy! Stay away find another company!

I didn’t expect two shipments of filters. I plan to change systems within a year.

I received very uneven service -- I appreciated that the staff took time to view the pictures and videos I sent but then different people recommended different parts so I was unsure of what was needed. I was left on endless holds, several times promised call backs that never came and when I called again, was either put back on endless holds or told a call back would come--that didn't. I finally talked to Alana and that made all the difference. She was clear about what part to order, offered me free shipping to make up for all of the service I issues I encountered and send me instructions that were so clear, I was able to replace the part myself rather as I been paying a plumber $50 an hour on this issue. Alana is a model for customer services that hopefully can be passed on to the others.

I Ordered on Nov 30 and today is Dec 6 and still my order hasn't shipped. No responce from the company and I've sent numerous emails. The label was created right after ordering and that's the same thing fed ex shows today that the label was created and the order hasn't shipped. I could have gotten this from somewhere else and recieved it and also installed it already. Today's Friday so now I have to wait another whole week and hopefully I recieve it.

I received the wrong filters. They are twice as long as they should be. Update: I received a response from Express Water within 20 minutes wanting to take care of the issue and are working with to resolve the issue. Good for you Express Water. Duane P.

This is a good company that stands behind their products. When you need parts or replacement filters, they ship very quickly. I've had one of their whole home water filters installed at my house since 2020 and the water quality is notably better than when we had straight city water.

I bought a house with very bad rusty water a spin down filter and the heavy metal trim filter set up did wonders. Water is clean and clear.

The whole house utimate system works really well except that I had to purchase a spin down sediment filter to clear the sediment before the water entered the system. This is because the water here in New Mexico needs a lot of sediment removal. Other than that the system works really well. I just installed the system so I really won’t know how good it is until after a few months but right now it’s working great.

I put three of these systems in including our own home and families, and they are just great. For the price, they are head and shoulders above other brands. Thanks!

From ordering to delivery, the install was easy and quick for my plumber it was great. I'm so relieved to KNOW I have safe and healthy water throughout my house I did a load of towels yesterday - and it was so nice to know that the water cleaning my towels was clean water!
