Disappointing customer service from Express Water
I ordered an item from Express Water (the tool you need to remove and replace filters) on December 18 and as of January 6 it has still not been shipped. Express Water customer service team has not been able to provide an estimated delivery date, has not given a reason for the delay, and did not honor my request for expedited shipping. It also took their customer service team a week to respond to my initial email request about the status of the order, 10 days after I’d placed it.
