Customer Service is seriously lacking - I keep getting canned emails that I have previously received and have been waiting over a month for a supposed replacement part shipment that has not come even though advised it has been shipped. When new items are bought the shipment miraculously arrives as expected -

We ordered 2 ROMAX2000 gpd reverse osmosis water systems to the tune off $4000 each. The unit less than a year old came with a faulty inlet solenoid, after recieving the incorrect solenoid initially the correct one was sent. The R.O. membrane housing cracked next. Two incorrect filter housings were sent to replace it before getting the correct housing in. After 9 months the inlet solenoid went bad again, we purchased an aftermarket unit this time. A full year after the initial purchase the pump motor died. After an email exchange I was sent this reply. "Dear Mr. Morey, Thank you for choosing Express Water. We appreciate the opportunity to assist you. We regret to inform you that the Commercial RO 2000 (SKU#: ROMAX4000) are SOLD OUT and discontinued until further notice. While we regret any inconvenience this announcement may cause, we are eager to supply your future product requirements with our high-quality product lines. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly Monday- thru Friday, 8am-5pm (PST), should you have any further questions and/or concerns. We are here to help!" I was simply asking for a new motor or a make or model of the existing, as there is no data plate on the motor. Do not buy from this company, if they left me hanging after spending $8,000 I can't imagine what they would do for a lesser sale.

I ordered my refil filter over 2 weeks ago. no information and no refill yet. ;(

Love the Quick shipping. I would strongly recommend you offer or recommend the longer handled blue canister wrench to remove and tighten them and print on them the directions arrows to loosen and tighten, as people go a long time between your filter changes.

Took way to long to receive filter and the excuses yall used were ridiculous. I WILL NOT do business with this company again.

Website said delivery would happen 3-5 days, took over a week. No timetable provided for ETA of arrival when item purchased, using SHOP was very irritating due to the lack or real time tracking and when a date was finally provided it arrived a day earlier than posted. Please reconsider your vendors SHOP and DHL, not intuitive and just simply unreliable.

I recently received a tabletop reverse osmosis machine, and I’m concerned not only about the product’s safety but also about the company's integrity. The setup instructions were unclear, so I contacted customer service for a step-by-step walkthrough. After following their guidance, I tested the water and it tasted like liquid plastic, which was alarming. I reached out to the company and was told someone would follow up, but no one ever did. Despite multiple calls and emails, responses were consistently delayed by over a week. When I did receive an email, it simply asked for my contact information, yet no one ever reached out. This happened multiple times. Plus, my repeated requests for the owner’s email were ignored. Upon further research, I found numerous negative reviews and discovered the company has a D+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, with a history of ignoring customer complaints. This issue needs to be reported to the appropriate regulatory agency.

A great service and this will be my sixth installed full house water express easy to adapt to most houses great unit for the money. I’m a contractor in Philadelphia every time I remodel I suggest adding one of these to the house equipment and installation package runs you about $1200. Great money spent.

try communicate to the seller a couple time but no respond....Anyway I got my filters.

Easy to install. We have awful water in this area. The filters work well on every six months schedule. If I could afford would get e very 3 months because of the silt in water.

I'm always skeptical buying online anymore because of reading reviews that say something is good but turns out to be junk. My honest review after it being installed for a couple weeks now. This has exceeded our expectations, it has completely changed our water situation. Water taste great, skin feels better after a shower. Arrived fast and the install went smoothly. We have, and do recommend this system.
