I ordered their countertop RO water…
I ordered their countertop RO water filtration system less than 6 months ago, and need to replace the filters recently. I looked in their Amazon store and found that the filters are not available on Amazon so I looked on their website and found the model I need. I placed the order and received a notification that a FedEx label was created so I expected it should arrive in a few days. However, the package never came. So I tracked the package with the tracking number and found that FedEx never got their package. I called 3 times and used their online support multiple times and the problem wasn't resolved, the last time I called I just asked to have my money refunded since it had been over 13 days and I also received an email from them that the filters I ordered was out of stock and no estimate date was given for they will have those filters in stalk again. However they told me they can't refund me right away because they aren't sure if the package was actually shipped or not.
