We have been using Express Water for at least 10 years in various homes and with different systems. We have always had prompt deliveries and never been hassled by promotions that we didn't want. The water systems are great and give us the best water at a reasonable price. Thank you!
We have 2 Express Water systems that were installed just over a year ago. So far, have had to replace the UV filter control valve 3 times. The UV control valves are faulty, now the 4th is leaking. Can’t use the system for drinking. Ordered a replacement on 4-1-25. Still has not arrived. Now, have to order a 4th. Even though the systems are just over a year old and have already had bad valves, the company requires that we pay for the valves. No expedited shipping available. Can’t place part orders online. Usually, the phone rep can’t even figure out what we need. Talking with Customer Service is beyond frustrating. I've lost all faith so now we're resorting to submitting water to a certified water testing laboratory periodically just to ensure the systems are working. Cost for that alone plus new filter sets would soon pay for a more reliable system from a different company. Note that the company address isn't listed on their website. A red flag.

I ordered a TEN filter package, received ONE a week later. I called to report the issue, and after a very frustrating conversation I was promised that the rest would ship the next day. The shipment wasn't picked up at Express water for five days! And then it was another four before I received it! This should have been expedited immediately. My wife is a cancer survivor and we had to have our well pump replaced, which I tried to explain to the rep on the phone. Hands down the worst experience with a company I have ever had. We will be switching out our filter system to a local supplier.
Long wait for the alkaline filters, I signed up for a notification when they were back in stock but never received it. Once I found the filters were available on their site I ordered 2 and they came within a week.
I ordered the package of O-Rings. I received several messages that they were sent but appeared to be stuck in Dallas. I sent 3 messages to Express Water and to the delivery company asking for help in getting the package on its way. I might have gotten an automated message back but can’t remember. It took forever to receive them. Meanwhile I’m worried about the quality of the water sitting in the tank because we had to turn the water supply off in order to stop the leak that was the cause of needing a new O-Ring. Sorry to rant! All is well now.

You forgot the o rings. Won’t refund them even though I don’t need them now. I asked you to honor spring discount bc I ordered a week early.. I am in an extreme financial hardship and spent the last of my savings just to purchase the replacement filters. I’m very disappointed in your response and not rectifying the problem bc I already installed and threw out my trash.
You sent & charged me with a full set of replacement filters that I did not order. I ordered & received a set earlier this year as well as a filter holder. I will go ahead and keep them for use later on. Please no more for now.
What has made my experience good, is the fact that all transactions have transpired seamlessly, as expected. I have one suggestion. New "O" rings and lubricant should be included in the filter replacement kits.
My order intially arrived with 1 of 4 items but stated fully delivered. It took multiple support calls to get things shipped and still took 2 additional weeks to get everything. Then, one of the items that arrived was clearly used and broken. I have reached back out to support but have recieved no reply with corrective actions.
The unit came in a timely matter.is was easy to install. Works great.
