Easy ordering… Quick delivery…

Recommend full house system from friend . But when I ordered directly from the website was the wrong choice. Experienced long delivery time and the package arrived damaged. Try to contact and return them still didn’t get a response back after a week of discuss with customer service.

The water taste of our under counter RO from express water is unmatched. We always are glad when we come home from a vacation and have our good water back !!

I had a reverse osmosis professionally installed a year ago and have had nothing but trouble since. At first the seals leaked so I ordered replacements at a very unreasonable cost. In addition I have continuously gotten extremely low water flow. Following all of their instructions I checked water pressure and adjusted; purged the lines, replaced the water tank just in case the bladder was bad; replaced the 1/4 in water lines with 3/8 inch. All of this to no avail. My last effort to get customer service was a bust - I was directed to a Bot that was no help and I had no way of getting a live person. The company did follow up by email to ask me to rate my experience with their Bot - named Alana! Enough. A great concept but poor product and service. Fortunately I have the means to replace this system with another company - and I will. In the meantime I would caution anyone searching for a reverse osmosis system to look elsewhere.

I’ve been pleased with the overall performance of Express Water, especially how well it suits our needs. Unfortunately, I’ve found that the membrane, a crucial component for filtering out small particles and elements like fluoride and chlorine, doesn’t last as long as advertised. The documentation claims it should last over a year, but in my experience, it rarely exceeds four months. Additionally, while customer support can be a mixed bag, ranging from helpful to unresponsive, the cost of the membrane is reasonable, available directly from their website or on Amazon for around $20. It’s just disappointing that it doesn’t meet the longevity expectations set by the company

Just want to give a shout out to Joseph! at Waterway Express ( South Euclid). I went to Clean Express Auto and my car did not get thoroughly cleaned, I didn't notice this until a few days later and when I did, I had to find my receipt, well when I finally found my receipt which wasn't even a week I went back to them to help me, well I was told there was nothing they could do and after spending 22 dollars for this car wash I was truly upset. I went to Waterway Express which I must say is where I always go because their prices are so more reasonable (the only reason I went to Clean Express Auto is because I didn't feel like going the distance or short, being lazy) well when I got to Waterway Express there was Joseph, I asked him if possible can you get the mud off my car which was still on my car from going to Clean Auto Express, Joseph was very professional and understanding, he suggested another Waterway Express which could do what I needed but I was so frustrated from leaving Clean Express Auto and Joseph was truly understanding and empathic, he said if the mud doesn't come off he will allow me to go thru the wash again and of course it did not but the second time around I was truly a satisfied customer, the funny thing is the first time I went thru Waterway Express they got more mud off than Clean Express Auto did. Lesson here when you have people like Joseph and an establishment like Waterway Express, you go the distance it's worth it. Joseph, I truly appreciate you, you're the best, from here on out Waterway Express is where I will always get my car wash no matter how far one may be! Thank you, Joseph you are truly one of a kind! Thank you!!

I received an email at the time I was due for my filters and a shipment shortly after that. No muss, no fuss. Very easy procedure.

The booster pump worked breifly and quit within 1 day. Now it wont even turn on. I need help with this unit.
