Unsafe Product, Unresponsive Company – Beware!everse…
I recently received a tabletop reverse osmosis machine, and I’m concerned not only about the product’s safety but also about the company's integrity. The setup instructions were unclear, so I contacted customer service for a step-by-step walkthrough. After following their guidance, I tested the water and it tasted like liquid plastic, which was alarming. I reached out to the company and was told someone would follow up, but no one ever did. Despite multiple calls and emails, responses were consistently delayed by over a week. When I did receive an email, it simply asked for my contact information, yet no one ever reached out. This happened multiple times. Plus, my repeated requests for the owner’s email were ignored. Upon further research, I found numerous negative reviews and discovered the company has a D+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, with a history of ignoring customer complaints. This issue needs to be reported to the appropriate regulatory agency.
