The only way to cancel an order is by online request. Support took 3 working days to reply to my request which made it too late to cancel. Now it's my problem.

Purchased a whole house filter system from Home Depot which had to be ordered and shipped. The first unit came in and the gauges were leaking oil, so I had to return that unit and order a replacement unit. Second unit came in and it was installed. So far we are please with the results. Wish a catch pan would be provided to collect any water that might spill while chenging the filters since we installed it inside the house.

They took care of everything. Free shipping and it arrived on time.

Ordered $600 worth of filters and two new system sets and after a month have yet to receive it. Keep getting messages you are extremely busy. Then hire more staff. Consumers are getting very upset with paying top dollar and not getting item or services it paid for from companies. Read the room. Paying top dollar and not getting items is a deplorable way to run the business.

no parts availability is a BIG RED FLAG! I had to return my order due to broken & missing pieces! I have never had to do this to anyone before. I tried to order another filter housing to use as a pre filter for my whole house system so I would have a matching set with same brand filters but, was informed I cannot get the clear housing. wish I had never ordered any of this mess! I hope you have a better 60 days than I did!

ExpressWater sent my heavy metals whole house filter quick and they responded promptly to my inquiries. It is much sturdier than i thought it would be. Needed a bit of a DIY install but the filter came quick and easy.

Seems to be a quality made product, easy to install, and excellent volume of good tasting water.

I moved in to a house with filters already installed. Your website made it easy to find the filters I needed with instructions on how to deinsall the old filters and install the new ones. Ordering and shipping the new filters was a breeze.

I got the RO5DX. It’s a great system. The TDS was 7. Water doesn’t smell and taste good. Just clean water. I had a buddy install it because he installed the one we have at work. No leaks.

Web site is easy to navigate. Fast shipping. We have a well that we our water from. Water tasted and tested ok, but no idea how much crap was in the water until I installed the unit. What a difference. Been using for almost 2 years now and still satisfied.

The filters work fine. No problems with the filters. I was surprised how badly my filters were packed by the shipping team. They arrived all jumbled because the package was not properly packed.
