Horrible shipping policies and customer service
I ordered a TEN filter package, received ONE a week later. I called to report the issue, and after a very frustrating conversation I was promised that the rest would ship the next day. The shipment wasn't picked up at Express water for five days! And then it was another four before I received it! This should have been expedited immediately. My wife is a cancer survivor and we had to have our well pump replaced, which I tried to explain to the rep on the phone. Hands down the worst experience with a company I have ever had. We will be switching out our filter system to a local supplier.
