I had a reverse osmosis professionally installed a year ago and have had nothing but trouble since. At first the seals leaked so I ordered replacements at a very unreasonable cost. In addition I have continuously gotten extremely low water flow. Following all of their instructions I checked water pressure and adjusted; purged the lines, replaced the water tank just in case the bladder was bad; replaced the 1/4 in water lines with 3/8 inch. All of this to no avail. My last effort to get customer service was a bust - I was directed to a Bot that was no help and I had no way of getting a live person. The company did follow up by email to ask me to rate my experience with their Bot - named Alana! Enough. A great concept but poor product and service. Fortunately I have the means to replace this system with another company - and I will. In the meantime I would caution anyone searching for a reverse osmosis system to look elsewhere.
