I accidentally bought tickets for the wrong city and reached out to customer service right away. Phones and live chat weren’t available, and when I finally spoke with a rep (and later a supervisor), no one offered an exchange, credit, or any real help. To make it worse, I found out the same tickets were half the price on Ticketmaster. The lack of support and care was extremely disappointing. I won’t be using this site again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The tickets were fraudulent and we went allowed into the venue. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS SITE! I paid $230 for NOTHING!!!! I asked for my money back and they sent me a ridiculous email wanting letters from the venue and proof of Scan report from the Venue Letter/Email from the Venue/Box Office explaining what occurred at the event. This must include event, date, and seating locations Picture of Invalid Scan at the venue gate Proof new tickets were purchased along with the receipt and explanation of why original seats were not valid ( I have this information) but the rest is ridiculous.

Had a great time at the comedy show BUT the tickets were marked up DOUBLE in price. I was tricked into thinking I was purchasing directly from the venue through Ticketmaster. This is a resell company where the tickets are marked up GREATLY. I called and asked for a refund or to even match the price and was refused. I was credited back $20 which I do appreciate but with that credit, I still paid DOUBLE. There were many tickets still available. This was not a sold out show. I could have easily gotten the tickets for $29 each and with the refund, I paid $60 each. Would NOT purchase from this site again.

I was scammed into paying double the amount and didn’t realize it. It had that a Carter Ray purchased my tickets once I attempted to change my show times at the box office and didn’t realize this was a 3rd party site as I paid $60 for a $27 ticket! I will never be scammed like that again as I plan to go direct to the box office no matter how far in advance the show may be to get my tickets from now on! I work too hard for someone to take advantage of my money! Update: your response is bull. Please stop scamming people and do not contact me further.

This is the second time I have purchased tickets for this performer and they have cancelled both times! Both times I have traveled to see them. Including plane tickets and hotel stays. So no I’m not happy. I’m currently waiting for my refund.

The purchase was easy but way more expensive than if we would have bought from the venue itself. Actually it was double. Aside from that, it was a great experience.

The date was wrong for the event, tickets are for a game in October. Terrible system. Apparently the date was postponed PRIOR to me buying the tickets but that wasn’t noted on the site.

Event start time should be the time to arrive. Paid for 3x the BBQ package meal with show but it was over when we arrived. Event time was for the Rodeo which was great and fun!

We were 5 people and I couldn’t purchase more than 4 and we had to sit separately. It’s not very user friendly or I don’t understand the limitation of purchasing max 4 tickets

I had some confusion on picking seats and didn’t see a way to select more than a row. Also haven’t seen what seats I was assigned. How soon will I be receiving updates?

What a joke this ticket seller is!! I paid a lot for two tickets to see Brian Kilmeade on 8/23/25. I paid for tickets on Row H Orchestra. I get a spam call 3 days before the event with a voice mail saying the tickets are no longer available! WTF? I then get an email stating same and to call some number immediately. I chatted with someone and they said well “you agreed to accept equivalent or better offer seats” (in small print which I missed) Well Row J is NOT equivalent or better than H idiots!! Well they give me a $90 credit and when it’s time to download my tickets the face value is WAY less than what I paid even with the discount! I mean WAY less! Total joke!! STAY AWAY from them!! It’s a racket and eventually it will catch up to them!! Just ask Live Nation 😂😂😂

The price was scandalous! I found out later that ticket prices via the website of the club were more than half the price I paid with you! I know that is my own mistake. I should have looked better but still I felt scammed!
