I was in your Huddersfield store on the 10th of July, i was so happy with the service,I don't know the name of the man who served me but he was so friendly and helpful ,I just want to say thank you and please pass on my thanks...it was around 11.30 on Thursday the 10th...thank you.
Ordered some trim for a job, got order confirmation and took money but no goods. Emailed them twice to ask when being delivered and ignored both times. Seen reviews on here stating they are professional but in my case totally ignorant and unprofessional, would not use again.
I’ve traded with eurocell for many years and my local branch has a new manager and two new counter staff. They have improved the service level massively. Wendy has really impressed me with the way things have dealt with enquiries and stock levels. Thanks

We did our research, visited the showroom in Yate and had another couple of quotes from elsewhere. When Robin (Iles) visited, it felt like I was chatting to an old friend. He was so much fun. I could see why he appears in the reviews so much ! He was extremely knowledgeable, confirmed things I'd already found out and answered all the questions I had. He makes sure that you have what you want and need whilst watching the budget too. I feel that this is a superior product than others I saw, yet came in thousands cheaper, so I had the confidence to say yes. The speed of delivery (2 weeks) and construction (2-3 hours to unload supplies one day, another 1/2 day to install ground screws then, separately, less than 2 days build) was a massive bonus, especially as our reactive dog is scared of strangers. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, professional and efficient including the guys who delivered the supplies, the groundscrew men (sorry can't remember your names) and Gary and Charlie from C.S.Lewis who built the room. They all travelled over 200 miles to get to us yet were still cheerful and keen to do a good job. Eurocell - these men all deserve a bonus ! The only quibble I had is the communication. There is an initial courier delivery of a few bits, which I had no notice of. Ten minutes later the groundscrew guys arrived. It was their day off but they'd been asked the night before to attend. Very impressive and fast but both the contractors and customers need notice. Thankfully, I happened to have the day off. They were in the area the next week so could have saved >400 miles travel if consulted first, and still been ready in time for the build. I would be happy to use Eurocell and their hardworking employees and contractors again. All a credit to them.

We live in the Highlands of Scotland. The installation team were from Leeds and arrived on the booked start date, they worked long hours each day. Very pleasant guys, well mannered and kept us updated. When there was a question to be asked and the guys needed our opinion or option on something, they advised us and went with our decision. If you want a Garden Room installed, I would highly recommend Eurocell, they were excellent from start to completion.
