Ordered some trim for a job, got order confirmation and took money but no goods. Emailed them twice to ask when being delivered and ignored both times. Seen reviews on here stating they are professional but in my case totally ignorant and unprofessional, would not use again.
I’ve traded with eurocell for many years and my local branch has a new manager and two new counter staff. They have improved the service level massively. Wendy has really impressed me with the way things have dealt with enquiries and stock levels.

Identical colour white throughout different stores
Stu was buying in the Southampton branch while Adrian was buying in the Hedge end Branch as that was where they were working. We also work in Reading.

the White Trim is identical in all stores and identical to our window and door profile.
Aaron and the guys were really helpful guiding me in what to buy and recommended in its use, such that I have been able to build two brilliant projects. Bin surround and battery protection. Can’t thank Aaron enough for his guidance and help.
First time i wanted to amend an order - i had to cancel and reorder. My second order, you only delivered half which would have meant me waiting for the other half, so had to cancel again as there was no guarantee that it would arrive the following week!
We bought a Eurocell Gardenroom, absolutely over the moon with the speed of the build and design however we have had an issue with the doors not shutting, bowing out and being unable to secure the building. We reported this back at the start of April and we have still had no one out to rectify the fault despite the fact it has a 10 year guarantee. The experience with the customer account manager has marred the whole process. Up until now I would have recommended the gardenroom but due to the after sales care I no longer would
