Just checked in to the Birmingham…
Just checked in to the Birmingham hotel, room smells of mould and the hotel are not willing to do anything bar put a machine in when we go out. No move to another room. Really poor first experience. They have since offered a complimentary upgrade next time I come ... I definitely won’t be coming back.
