I was in your Huddersfield store on the 10th of July, i was so happy with the service,I don't know the name of the man who served me but he was so friendly and helpful ,I just want to say thank you and please pass on my thanks...it was around 11.30 on Thursday the 10th...thank you.
Ordered some trim for a job, got order confirmation and took money but no goods. Emailed them twice to ask when being delivered and ignored both times. Seen reviews on here stating they are professional but in my case totally ignorant and unprofessional, would not use again.
I’ve traded with eurocell for many years and my local branch has a new manager and two new counter staff. They have improved the service level massively. Wendy has really impressed me with the way things have dealt with enquiries and stock levels. Thanks

It was easy to order online and receive confirmation. However, no notification regarding my order being ready for collection. Waited 24hours and just went and collected. It appeared to me that my order hadn’t even been processed, as the items were retrieved from stock while I waited at the counter.

Called in to the Chorley branch this morning 14 June 2025, we were served by a very pleasant gentleman, very informative and was able to help us choose the right product. It was nice to be able to have a conversation and would definitely go back to Eurocell.

REFURBISHING A PROPERTY AND PURCHASED A LOT OF GOODS FROM THIS STORE I WENT IN AND ASKED IF THEY COULD DELIVER 2 WINDOW BOARDS AND SOME CHROME TRIM WHICH WAS LEFT IN THERE HANDS PROMISED A PHONE CALL TO PAY WHEN CHROME TRIM WAS BACK IN STOCK 2 WEEKS LATER AND STILL WAITING SO PHONED UP THEY SAID PHONE BACK SURPRISE NONE RANG AGAIN TO BE TOLD NEVER BEEN ORDERED TO RING AGAIN WHEN MANAGER BACK OFF HOLIDAY DOES THIS FIRM NOT RUN WITHOUT THE MANAGER WASTE OF TIME DEALING WITH THE STAFF HERE WENT TO SKEGNESS BRANCH AND GOT THE CHROME TRIMS COULDNT GET WINDOW BOARDS IN CAR OTHERWISE WOULD HAVE PURCHASED FROM A BRANCH THAT NOS HOW TO TREAT THERE CUSTOMERS BIG OR SMALL

We visited the Uckfield Branch where Ben was serving. He was very helpful in sorting out an order for us. He worked up a quote & made sure that we had everything we needed to do our soffits & fascias. He also sorted out a date for delivery & made the whole ordering process so easy. Thank you Ben
