EO Estate Agents Reviews

A breath of fresh air! Elle and her brilliant team sold my property in May 2023, and I couldn't have asked for a better partner throughout. From the initial valuation, through to completion, Elle's team were honest, dedicated and provided brilliant communication during what can be such a challenging process. Once the property was under offer, I never had to chase for updates on anything. Poppy kept me updated with how things were progressing and was brilliant at providing impartial advice and guidance on the overall process.

EO agency tried to sell us a property with a private garden. The garden was in fact shared and we only found out 3.5 months into putting the offer in. Initially EO agency did not admit there was an issue and put a lot of pressure on us to ignore the fact we were not buying what had been advertised. We tried extremely hard to resolve the issue and move forward with the sale but it was impossible, the vendors pulled the sale and put it back on the market. EO would not talk openly about it as it appear they were nervous to admit their error. We viewed the property 3 times, once with the vendor and twice with EO’s agent. Every time we clarified the garden was private and not shared with the property below. The floor plan also indicated the whole garden was private. This was incorrect. We were left with thousands of pounds of fees, the sale of our flat fell through and were not able to move.

The whole team at EO Estate agents are excellent - competent, fast and reliable. I sold my flat with them this year and they made everything easy and stress-free at every stage. Would highly recommend.

Elle sold our flat for us recently and we would not hesitate to recommend her. Communication was frequent and made us feel completely on top of the process from start to finish. The online marketing was clearly very effective and we had offers very quickly when another agent had failed to do so. It's very apparent Elle and the team are all passionate about what they do and it's very refreshing to see! Thanks so much for all your help.

Great experience in my home searching with Elle. We newly moved into the country, so are not familiar with the property market and the different neighbourhoods. Elle is knowledgeable about the properties we are viewing and very responsive to address our questions.

I worked with Elle and Emma at EO Estate Agents to purchase a new-build property, which completed in December. They were a pleasure to deal with, responding promptly and thoughtfully to all my questions and requests. There were a few unforeseen delays that arose, and the transaction dragged on for nearly six months until it was finalised. Elle and Emma helped to resolve all the issues that arose, and worked really effectively to mediate between the developers and buyers through the whole course of the transaction. Very impressed by their professionalism, responsiveness, personal approach, and cheerful, positive attitude - all of which really helped to defuse a stressful period!

Huge thanks to the EO team and to Elle and Poppy in particular. I had my flat on the market for 6 months previously with a larger agent without any offers at all. Within 2 weeks with EO Elle had an offer. They were on hand and helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

Emma at EO is a cut above the usual estate agent experience in London. Finally, someone who actually wants to help you sell your property and is genuine sincere and human, while she does it. You'd think that wouldn't be too much to ask or expect, but after a long protracted period to sell, via COVID lockdowns and rough market periods plus 3 previous agents (none of whom I would work with again) Emma got the job done and with energy, enthusiasm and (importantly) my trust. It wasn't an easy or smooth course, but she held out and communication was spot on throughout. Then Poppy stepped in to guide the sale process through, also very complicated in the end but she approached it with the same tenacity as Emma and we finally got there in the end! SO very glad I discovered Emma and EO. Great to work with people who seem to really enjoy their jobs too. A totally different experience and would highly recommend them.

We worked with Elle and Poppy. Both were so helpful in the sale of our home. Elle has created a fantastic team who go over and above to support customers. They are highly professional, keeping us informed at all times. They operate with an integrity that isn’t easy to find. Poppy was instrumental in getting the sale complete, coordinating solicitors and ensuring complex legal issues were worked through efficiently. I was recommended EO by neighbours who had used them who have all had the same positive experience.

Emma has consistently been a stand-out agent throughout the entire sales process. She went above and beyond, was extremely generous with her time, quick to respond, and offered excellent advice thanks to her significant experience. Emma was a joy to work with!

Absolutely the best agent we have ever dealt with. Patient, reliable and efficient. Warmly recommended.

I really can't rate EO, and specifically Jack, highly enough. The circus that is selling a leasehold flat in London wasn't easy and certainly not smooth at times but having Jack from EO put in such significant legwork through the whole process was so very helpful. Securing the buyer was just a small percentage of the hugh amount of work Jack put in. The chasing of third parties for us, the support, the advice, the constant updates on what was happening. He really went above and beyond. If all London agents acted with that level of care and attention we’d have an estate agency industry with a much better reputation than in currently has.

Highly recommend EO estate agents. Elle, Poppy and the team went above and beyond making sure the sale process went smoothly. They provided reassurance and communication which was second to none. We can't thank you enough for assisting is with our sale. We hope to cross paths again! Cecilia and Jon

I’ve used EO Estate twice now - once to sell my late mother’s house and more recently, to sell my flat. Both times, I was absolutely delighted with the way in which the properties were marketed and the quality of the potential buyers that this attracted. I work in the property industry and can honestly say that both Elle and Emma are the best agents I’ve come across. Nothing is too much trouble, they are always available and work so, so hard for their clients. Poppy, who assists with progression, is first class and all in all, you won’t find a better team. I can’t thank EO Estates enough for all their hard work and help and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to everyone I know.

From the buyer's perspective, I could not be happier with an estate agent. When my husband and I first met Emma, she immediately gained our trust. She was very knowledgeable, kind, patient and 100% committed to her job, and we genuinely felt that she listened and represented our interest as well. She was the perfect bridge between us and the vendors. She helped us overcome some complications and she was regularly in touch with us and flexible to our needs. I can honestly say she went the extra mile to make sure both parties are happy, investing a lot of time in making sure the flat is ready for us to move in (letting the plumber in, arranging for a cleaning company to come in etc.). I cannot state enough how brilliant she is. Also, I cannot fail to mention Poppy, who was also extremelly helpful, very professional and knowledgeable, speeding things up and making the process smoother. Overall, we are very pleased with EO Estate Agents and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

We instructed EO having had our flat on the market with two agents previously. Elle was a breath of fresh air and we had an offer two days after putting it on the market. Elle was attentive, prompt and clear in all communication. Our sale ended up being slightly more protracted and complex than we had originally anticipated but EO helped smooth things over and get the sale over the line. We are very grateful to Elle and Poppy for the work they did in selling our flat and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

Jack was absolutely amazing, we are so grateful! I can guarantee that we would not have completed on our preferred move date without his input to the solicitors and being the bridge between the buyer and us! After having a bad experience with another estate agent, I was quickly impressed (and relieved) that we had made the right decision based on Jack’s approach and knowledge of the property and area. Jack went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you, Jack for your guidance and reassurance on every step of the selling process.

We recently purchased a property and the seller had used EO Estate Agents. I could not speak more highly of them! They were absolutely fantastic to deal with - very friendly and knowledgeable and helped to unblock various things with two sets of lawyers to ensure the purchase remained on track. Definitely recommend! Thank you!

If there were more than 5 stars for the experience, I would give that! I have come across many estate agents in the past during a few purchases and I must admit that EO is simply the best in what they do. They are caring, compassionate, kind and have absolutely the best interests for every party involved in the transaction. I have interacted with Elle, Emma and Poppy. Emma is a stellar performer and Poppy is an amazing sales progressor. They are so efficient and knowledgeable about aspects of the sale, it's really been a pleasure. Elle is the founder and has created a great team who are a total go - getters. The purchase wasn't smooth as there were hurdles along the way but Emma and Poppy removed every hurdle with so much finesse and supported us. They have helped us purchase our dream home and we will certainly be using them for selling any of our BTL properties in the future. I am glad that now I have an estate agent who is TRULY THE BEST!

Katherine from EO did a great job of guiding through our recent sale. She was super friendly and knowledgeable, but also available to guide us through any sticky bits. She was really helpful at all points of the process, from finding a buyer to completing the sale. I would highly recommend them as an estate agent.
