EO Estate Agents Reviews

Emma was an absolutely brilliant agent. Throughout the 6 month process of selling my flat and the various complications along the way, she supported me every step of the process. She was in touch with me very regularly by message and flexible to my needs due to having a busy job. There were several points where the sale could have fallen through but thanks to her adept communication and ability to handle situations calmly she was able to make sure this did not happen. She went above and beyond - even arranging to have someone let painters into the flat when I had Covid and was not at the property or contacting my father if I was out of the country. I would recommend using EO estate agents, although the commission is slightly more in comparison to a high street agent, you cannot compare the two as it is a bespoke service, and completely worth it! I will definitely use again in the future and recommend to friends and family.

The best estate agents out there. Always quick to respond in a helpful and professional manner. Would recommend to all.

If you don't want to end up in a bidding war avoid this agency.

We couldn’t recommend EO Estate Agents more. Having made the decision to go with them to sell our flat over a number of well established high street chains, we are delighted. Elle was truly fantastic, always available and provided superb levels of support, reassurance and patience to guide us throughout our process. We had complete confidence in Elle and her team the whole way, they go above and beyond.

As a buyer, EO were very easy to deal with throughout the sale process -- all questions were answered truthfully and every effort was made to address my inquiries. Highly recommend!

Excellent all round. Emma sold my property within a fortnight of taking it to the market, as a result I am sure of very professionally matching it to her existing list of clients looking for a new home. After the sale was agreed she was extremely attentive in managing the process through to completion, nothing was too much trouble for her. Thoroughly recommend.

Emma at EO Estate Agents has been a pleasure to work with. She has been attentive throughout the whole process and incredibly responsive. She has shown exceptional knowledge of the property and was able to provide answers to all of our questions, some of which were often challenging. Emma has many times gone out of her way to help and facilitate the buying process as well as explain many things to us as first time buyers which has alleviated a lot of pressure. Emma has also been available to assist at short notice and beyond office hours which helped get the process through swiftly and avoiding unnecessary delays. We wish all buyers such a pleasant and professional experience as we have had with Emma.

Elle helped us when we found a property, she went above and beyond with communication and helped us through our first time buyer's experience. I would thoroughly recommend EO Estate Agents and they really made a stressful life event as easy as possible. Thank you!

We viewed a number of properties with Emma and she was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable agent we encountered. She's also super friendly and easy to get along with, and went the extra mile whenever she could. We ended up finding a property with a different agent, but would have no hesitation in recommending Emma - and she would be our first port of call if we were to move again in this area.

EO Estate Agents have been excellent through the whole process. Both Elle and Katherine act promptly to all queries, are polite, helpful and professional in carrying out their duties at all times. I can’t rate them highly enough and would recommend them to anyone.

In 5 months of property search, Emma was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable of all the agents I met. Emma knew every property inside and out and was so insightful and helpful with regards to explaining the process. I still consult her for her opinion with respect to the property market which goes to show her kindness and commitment to her role and also how much I value her opinion.
