Made sure everything was sorted in the background. Emailed with updates and took care of everything without too much input from me.

Used Enact to remortgage. Pretty smooth process, kept informed throughout. Got a response via the messaging option when needed and got through on the phone every time I called. Would use Enact again.
Excellent service, made the process simple to follow and progress
Everything went very smoothly. Everyone I talk to was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
Excellent service from start to finish. Only delay was other solicitors removing restriction from Land registry. But Enact kept me informed all the way and were friendly when I had to speak to them. Will definately recommend Enact to family and friends and anyone else who requires Conveyancing. Thank You so much
Once again Enact were brilliant. Our offer to buy this house was accepted on 14th March and we completed on 9th May. 8 weeks !!! The best thing about Enact is that they always communicate when things happen and reply to questions usually the same day. Unlike every posh solicitor firm where if someone is away skiing - nobody else can take on the task and all you get is silence. This was the fourth or fifth time I have used enact (we have a couple of rented flats) and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Thoroughly recommend them.
Transparent process from start to finish. Matt was more than helpful offering advice where needed. We as first time buyers felt well looked after
Thank you to the Enact team, especially my case handler, Matt H, for the excellent service throughout my conveyancing process. Matt was prompt, attentive, and kept me well-informed at every stage. It was a pleasure working with him—his professionalism and efficiency truly made a real difference.
The more delays they can cause they will a dreadful experience
Good experience , lots of support and good communication with the costumers
Can’t fault the service we received. Everything was completed with minimal fuss and we were updated throughout. Made the process very easy
It’s wonderful service and very quick I’m really happy thank you so much for all the stuff
Enact were very helpful in every stage of the application process, and they kept me updated. I would certainly reccimend them to friends and family.
The transaction was carried out in a timely manner without any hold ups or issues. The communication throughout the process was excellent.
A very professional and smooth service was provided by Enact on my recent remortgage
Great to work with and very responsive. All progress was swift and efficient. I would use them again.
The convenyancing process went smoothly. Enact had done all the due process upfront and this made it all happen effortlessly. When there was a need to deal with an unexpected issue, it was handled very promptly and professionally.
Useless company - avoid at all cost! These bunch of useless people, are incapable of anything - took from 23/4 to 14/5 to look at a doc sent by our solicitors and only responded to our buyers sols when the 4th time an undertaking was sent- and only because it was sent by reg post. Seem to take delight in making every step as painful as possible - will be lodging a complaint against the with SRA!
I and my father started the process just before Christmas. But due to Holidays, the (so called), process didn't start till very early 2025: It should have been a straightforward sale, between the seller and myself. It was a cash transaction. Our first problem, enact solicitor was given the wrong sellers contact details. I cannot blame her for this. But it was only when I complained that the seller solicitor had not been contacted by my solicitor, that this was sorted. The fact that we had to complain brings competence into question. Then we come to the finance management team. It seems that they were unable to comprehend that not all people trust banks. Hence, when the money was placed into the bank (Cash), the finance team asked for proof of were the money came from. Not just once but three times: bank statements, proof of savings and interests earned in the past. When we explained that the bank involved had very strict rules and had verified where the money came from. Yet, still their finance team seemed not to believe us. We asked them to contact the SCA, as by this time we were near the end of March. It was only when a senior member of enact became involved that this whole debacle was sorted. And the sale was not sorted until April. So, if you want a straightforward sale, with people who can understand persons actions and ask for the right information, (not keep on asking and asking, but not knowing what they are asking for). Go elsewhere, enact maybe reasonable, cost wise. But in our case, added an extra £1500.00. PLEASE NOTE: MY FATHER funded some of the funds for myself: Paul David Sullivan
Reference number: 083949: E13 Enact Conveyancing solicitors are extremely professional and efficient in their service. Everything went smoothly and with minimum effort from me. I am so glad that I found them. Recommend 💯👍 if want a hastle free legal team to have peace in mind. Thank you so much" ENACT"🥰
Simple to use portal . All my questions were answered quickly. No issues at all - very smooth process
Do not use Enact, I started the process with them mid-March advising the my current mortgage rate expires 1 May 2025. there was a minor delay with updating the land registry but Enact claimed to lose documents but then found them and despite numerous calls are very slow, unhelpful and simply shambolic. I put a complaint in to be told it has been "put on file". I never complain about things but they are beyond. Awful.
