Once again Enact were brilliant
Once again Enact were brilliant. Our offer to buy this house was accepted on 14th March and we completed on 9th May. 8 weeks !!! The best thing about Enact is that they always communicate when things happen and reply to questions usually the same day. Unlike every posh solicitor firm where if someone is away skiing - nobody else can take on the task and all you get is silence. This was the fourth or fifth time I have used enact (we have a couple of rented flats) and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Thoroughly recommend them.
