poor communication
Whilst the remortgage went through as expected, the communication was incredibly poor. On several occasions my case worker would say that contact would be made to keep me up to date but that never happened. Several times I asked for a phone call and never received a single one from my case worker Callum Steel. I had to chase everything up in the last few days as I had zero confidence that it would complete on time owing to the lack of communication. 2 days before completion I was having to ring up asking about making the payment for the discrepancy between my mortgage redemption and the remortgage. It ended up being quite stressful due to the sheer lack of communication. Thankfully everything completed as expected but it was not stress free.
