Shirley on the EF Peru Tour was phenomenal. She was outgoing and her love for her country was evident from the start. She set the tone upon meeting us at the airport in Lima and it continued through... See more

This was a fantastic trip, all around. I have taken several groups of students on EF trips to diverse places beyond Europe, and this was definitely one of the best trips. The tour directors were eac... See more

My granddaughter had a great time. She lives with me and is very shy. I knew I couldn’t do all of the walking that the tours do, so I didn’t go. She was upset at first and relaxed more as she followed along on the trip. I am well pleased with her experience and hope to send my other granddaughter on a trip too with EF Tours.
Great first traveling experience. Organized and well planned. He loved the chaperone and tour guide. Great communication.
My daughter just returned from her solo 9 day France trip. This is the second solo trip (she went to Germany during spring break). EF Tours provided a safe, fun-filled trip for her both times. The tour directors were awesome & very knowledgeable. The hotels were nice & the tour buses were clean & reliable. And the pre-planned meals were delish! As a parent, I am extremely pleased that my daughter was able to have such wonderful world experience & we would do it again in a heartbeat!
We were very disappointed with this trip, and because of this, we will never participate in another EF tour trip again! The hotels were less than standard, even though they were three and even a four star hotel. The accommodations were sort of okay, but the food at the hotel in Florence was absolutely atrocious. They serve old egg and breakfast meat in the pasta for dinner to recycle food and that is completely unacceptable. For breakfast, they served raw disgusting cheap weiners and pinto beans! Accommodations could’ve been better, but food should’ve been A LOT better. Italy has beautiful meats and carbs and food and my son had to suffer through not eating breakfasts unless it was a cheap pastry and warm water! For this price, there should have been more food/meals provided when it was supposed to be mostly inclusive…my son ended up spending $500 in food and drinks because not enough was provided for him (sodas, gelato, Mr Donald’s, sandwiches at cafes, COLD bottles of water) and he’s a tiny guy with a small appetite. The food just wasn’t to his standards…or anyone’s, for that matter, and it was subpar and not fresh and very disappointing other than the cooking class and the one pizza dinner. And I have the pictures to prove what awful food the hotel served. Eating McDonald’s in another country 5 different times because the kids were hungry is sickening. Additionally, this trip should’ve included at least one beach day and time to swim at the pool at the hotel in Florence. My son took two swimsuits and wasn’t even able to see the water or swim. That’s an absolute atrocious atrocity. Very disappointed overall. No one wants to play stupid soccer and gladiator fighting with flour sacks when it’s hotter than Hades and humid. The kids want to swim and enjoy the beauty Italy has to offer. Shame on ya’ll for not planning better cities to visit and making my son hate Italy! Sicily, Venice, small non-touristy cities near the ocean, that’s where you should take the kids after their Rome and Florence visits, not back to the ghetto graffiti slums you took them back to. And rethink using such an intense tour guide. Everyone knows these teens are lazy and barely move around. They don’t want to run through the cities and gladiator anything! Even the painting in the swamp experience stink! Do better, EF Tours…much better!
My son would give you a five if it wasn’t for a bad bus driver☺️
Well organized trip with good communication and planning
Our daughter had an amazing time while always being safe, secure and well looked after!
Great tour guides and well organized
These were the best hotels we've stayed in since being with EF. The quality of the hotels was great but moreover they centrally located in Vienna and Munich. We were pleased with the food at all locations. I did this trip last year and the trip to the top of Mt. Pilatus was an optional tour, but this year is part of the. It was the highlight of the tour for us; gondola ride up, the peak and then the boat ride back to Luzern.
The process of preparing for the trip was exceptionally easy because of the EF team. We had a wonderfully curated trip with a jam packed fun itinerary. Our group really bonded by the end. The trip highlighted the beauty of South Korea.
Fun itinerary, beautiful scenery and friendly Tour Director!
As a whole, the trip experience was fantastic from start to finish. My TC set up a marvelous trip with a superior TD, bus driver, hotels, tour guides and meals. My only problem with EF is how they handled a parent with only 5 days to go before my chaperone number was set. I believe the EF personel should call the GL first and ask if he or she is aware of the issue before the traveler is removed. That 5 days may have cost the traveler a little money, but it cost me, and through me, my chaperones, over a thousand dollars. Do you want to keep those who make your company thrive? Make the GL's happy. I was very upset about how that was handled. My chaperones were unknowingly charged for the excursions and then, instead of a refund, their money was transferred to pay for my "lost traveler" cost to my extra chaperone. That was not cool. Though they were happy to have helped me bear the cost, it shouldn't have been a cost in the first place.
It was well organized and the tour guide was great!
My daughter Asl Hatim she was one of your travelers and was very happy with the punctuality and excellent service. Thank you,
This trip was loaded with all the major sites you would want to see. The restaurants booked were okay, but I expected better food at the ones in London. The Thai restaurant was super disappointing.
The tour to Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland took us to amazing places and offered us many adventures. Our EF tour director was top notch!! The only negative of the trip was the last two hotels we stayed in. Both left a lot to be desired given the price of the trip.
Absolutely an awesome experience. The one way you can make it even better is to cut down on the walking. There were rides from where the bus let us off to the sites we visited and we seemed to be the only ones walking to the sites. It was extremely too hot to walk that much. Some travelers were near the passout point and ill. It made it hard to enjoy things. It would make things so much better if there were rides from bus drop off to the sites we were visiting. Otherwise it was fantastic and educational!!!!
My daughter had a great experience She felt safe and trip was very organized
She really enjoyed seeing all the sights louvre Versailles
