EF did an excellent job planning all the details of our time in Munich and Berlin. We got exposure to lots of history and culture with ample free time to explore. We got to visit amazing sites like Linderhof and Dachau. We got to experience the beauty and differences between Munich and Berlin. Stef was an excellent guide for our group!

My daughter had an amazing time on her trip. This was her second wonderful experience with EF tours.

My daughter was dismissed from the tour for drinking alcohol. There were 54 out of 60 kids confirmed drinking and 15 that were labeled “visibly intoxicated”. 10 of those 15 were randomly interviewed by a team leader and chaperones/teachers who were themselves drinking alcohol that very same day sitting at tables with underage students. One student was interviewed for ten minutes, other students were interviewed for 1 minute. The tour leader removed unchaperoned privileges from the 10 who were interviewed that night and whose parents got calls home that night and then he randomly sent 4 kids home the next day even though nothing additional happened. The kids of the chaperones/teachers who were drinking hard liquor and visibly intoxicated were allowed to stay. Adam Washam was drinking alcohol the day he interviewed the students. The chaperones/teachers who interviewed the students were drinking alcohol themselves that day as well. Adam Washam confirmed this when asked and refused to confirm or deny if he was drinking alcohol.

Our son enjoyed his trip to Italy. He especially loved his tour guide Claudia. He said she was the best

We just returned from a 10-day whirlwind tour of Europe with a group of 86 travelers ranging in age from 15 to 65 — and we can’t stop talking about how amazing our tour guides Gil and Dan were! I was in bus B, and had Gil with us from London to Prague. From day one, Gil impressed us with his incredible intelligence, quick wit, and deep knowledge of every city, landmark, and cultural nuance we encountered. He managed to keep a diverse group informed, safe, happy, and laughing every single day — not an easy feat with such a large and varied group. What really stood out was Gil’s ability to make history come alive while also offering practical, real-world advice (how to navigate local customs, tutorials on language and $, avoid tourist traps, and find the best restaurants and free time options). He kept us engaged with hilarious stories, thoughtful insights, and a genuine passion for the places we visited. Gil struck the perfect balance between structure and flexibility, and thanks to his planning and care, everything ran smoothly even in the midst of our fast-paced itinerary. We also enjoyed his ability to entertain us on our longer bus travels. By the end of the trip, he didn’t feel like a tour guide — he felt like part of the group. If you’re lucky enough to get Gil or Dan as your guides, you’re in for something special. They are true pros, and we’re so grateful for the unforgettable memories he helped create. My daughter traveled with her school group and here is her review. The tour guide was amazing. The tour was planned with room for self explore and guided tour. The tour was very informative and it was an amazing experience to make new friends and learn about different cultures and cuisines.

My daughter had fun the entire time she was there. They planned great activities to do and the tour guide was great. Thank you for giving her an experience of a lifetime.

My son and I really enjoyed our Japan and South Korea trip. So much he wants to do an exchange program in Tokyo during high school. We loved the guides, every stop was fun and unique in its own way. Loved the cultural experiences such as making our own chopsticks, a traditional tea ceremony and a Korean cooking class. There was so much to do and see! We loved it! Because of it we plan on going back to Japan and South Korea to explore some more!

My daughter spend her 18th Birthday in Greece with her teachers and classmates. They did a lot of sightseeing and exploring in different cities as well as tried multiple different dishes and lot of the Greek customs such as music and dances. Definitely something she will always remember.

Josh Calvert, our EF Tours guide is a real gem as far as guides go in the traveling world. His attention to detail, checking in with the students, and positive energized personality make the difference between a "good time" and an absolutely "over-the-moon time"! He's young enough to relate to the kids while old enough to connect with adults and make the experience superior for us too!
