Great company, excellent services! 5 stars to the whole team; who have helped set up all of our systems, Fixed all the printer issues (we know how much of a pain they are) and have continuously updated their apps to support our business needs. The Edmondson's team have done the IT stuff which we don't have time for ourselves: upgrading our elderly hardware, sorting out what for us was a major email headache and giving our website not so much a makeover as a renaissance. We have worked with Edmondsons for over 15 years. We have significant IT requirements and use Edmondsons for the majority of our requirements, including IT support, bespoke software development and supply of hardware. Their service has consistently been excellent. They generally respond quickly and almost at any time of the day or weekend. They are able to communicate IT issues in a way which is understandable by non-IT staff. When they have been exceptionally busy and have had a backlog of tickets, they have worked with us to reprioritise. Given our experience at Dakin-Flathers, when we have acquired companies in other sectors, we have also employed Edmondsons in these other companies. I regularly recommend them to colleagues in other companies and have no hesitation in recommending them to any potential new customer looking for good all-round IT support.

Edmondson’s IT jumped in and helped us out when all our old systems failed us. Getting us out of the nightmare and gradually got new systems in. All some professionally with minimum down time and within budget. Daunting as we are not IT savvy but Craig and his team helped us through

We've used Edmondson's IT for over 5 years and they've been the perfect solution for all of our IT requirements across our 8 depots in north England. As well as tidying up our IT systems and providing us with ongoing support they also installed a full telephone system. If ever we have a problem we call them and they sort for us immediately via remote support, attending the office as soon as possible if in person support is required. Staff are all friendly and we've built up a really good working relationship during the time our companies have worked alongside eachother. Highly recommend this company.

We were recommended to Edmondsons IT by a supplier to our business. We needed a server replacement and our existing IT company didn't seem interested. Step forward Edmondsons! From the first point of contact until now they have been keen, helpful, flexible, knowledgeable, given terrific advice and I have genuinely been extremely pleased with their offering to date. It hasn't been long mind only a couple of months so still time for their service levels to drop off but you know what - I don't think they will, they are just nice people to do business with. just as my supplier was I am happy to recommend them.

Edmondsons are a straight talking company that you can trust to always point you in the right direction when making any IT decision. They've never pointed us to put a foot wrong with their expertise in the field. Craig & the team have gotten us out of so many scrapes over the last 10 years or so. From servers dying to backups corrupting and data cabling being foolishly cropped, they always make sure we're fixed and up and running again quickly. Edmondsons build all our PC's, which we've never had any issues with. Even if there were a problem, the team are very friendly and help you through your issues. In fact they have such good customer service that we've recently moved our phones over to their 3CX system. I couldn't recommend Edmondsons more.
