Our order delivered right on time from El Jimador. Excellent delivery person. Kind and cheerful. No complaints!
I ordered food. Then on another occasion I went to the restaurant myself to pick up an order. I was surprised to see the difference in the prices on their menu vs the price I paid through eatstreet. I understand about the need to collect fees to run a business, but didn't like finding out after the fact that I was paying more, plus delivery charge and tip.
I was feeling a little blue and needed a quick pick-me-up. I ordered via Eat Street from my favorite restaurant. The food was delivered quickly and without error. Thanks for the great service... no longer feeling blue!
We always have great service. The website not always updated to restaurants that are closed on not taking online orders.
EatStreet is the only site I use to order food. They never disappoint. Ordering couldn't be easier and they confirm each and every step along the way. I would recommend to anyone. Oh and last but not least their fees are very reasonable!
The delivery was fast and great food even tasted good when it got dropped off.

Great quality, quantity and speed are the high points. Prices higher than those listed in the restaurant, and unexplained "FEES", on top of delivery AND good tip make it toooooooo expensive to use your service.

Ive always been satisfied with Eatstreet's service and the platform itself for food delivery. I especially like the more localized selections of resturants they cover as there are so many resturants in Carbondale. That being said, due to my restrictive diet there really are only a handful of choices for me to pick with them so I havent used them as frequently as the other delivery websites, but Im very grateful for service Eatstreet has provided all the same

Placed a small order for food from a fast food place and it was out for delivery as of 6:19 then I get a text saying it’ll be late and that it’ll be delivered by 7:13 which means my food is going to be soggy and cold my husband called the customer support number he had for eatstreet and they wouldn’t do anything to help since the food was made and picked up by the driver already. Should have went and got it myself.
My order was placed over 1 hour nearing almost 1 hour and 30 minutes before i had to contact support to try and cancel my order since it had never been confirmed or updated. On my tracker, the order showed it was in "preparing" status for over an hour. How does a restaurant/GAS STATION prepare a small breakfast sandwich and 2 cold canned drinks for over an hour?! It'd be great if EatStreet ever upgrades it's systems to match DoorDash where you actually get a confirmation stating that the actual restaurant has confirmed they have viewed the order and are then preparing it. I used to work for EatStreet so I still remember how the system runs. It's a shame to see EatStreet has still not implemented a feature for customers to be notified that the restaurant has received, reviewed, and confirmed the order instead of just sending an email stating the order was successfully sent to the restaurant and that it was confirmed which is the biggest lie ever from Eatstreet. Too many cases where customers wait forever for a delivery from a restaurant that closed early for the day and didn't notify EatStreet to be taken offline as well as a customer going to pick up an order from a restaurant that never confirmed the order as they are closed or their fax machine broke all simply because you receive the SAME confirmation email for EVERY order you place regardless of what's going on at the actual restaurant. My experience with the customer representative, i provided her with the order number right away so she could locate the order and just cancel and refund me as I've already waited for the order for almost 1 hour and 30 minutes with no updates from the app. She then right away took some time to look for the order and lowkey just kind of forced the order onto me and to wait for the order with the usual scripted apologies from any support department. I was told EatStreet was sorry and will do their best to assist me etc etc but I received none of that. The representative took their own time to look at the order and tracked the order with the delivery team which was nice but it solved nothing as my initial request was to cancel and refund. I was basically told to keep waiting for an order that now took nearly 2 hours to deliver. Is this the restaurant's error for not confirming an order on their side which then resulted to EatStreet never sending a driver to the restaurant on time??? Or, was this EatStreet's error for always sending a "confirmed" email to a customer for every order that is placed. Had i known the restaurant never confirmed the order, i would have canceled or long ago and not wait for this long for such a poor experience. At the very least EatStreet could have offered was any sort of compensation but the only thing I got were scripted apologies for inconveniences created by EatStreet. Thanks for making me wait almost 2 hours for a dried out breakfast sandwich and warm canned drinks. Will probably use only Doordash from now on.
I ordered my lunch through EatStreet at 12:40 and didn't receive my food until 3:10pm. After I was off work and had to stay to wait for the food. I tried to use the customer service options and request they cancel it and refund my money, but they gave me the number of the restaurant and said they didn't handle that part. The restaurant said they never received my order until after I had called to complain, two hours later, and that they couldn't cancel it and refund my money either. The $40 was out of my account and no one was willing to help me resolve the problem.
First offense. Driver lied, said I didn't answer my door, when I was outside waiting for them. Eat street refunded eventually. Said they'd give me a $10 credit for the Hassel of never receiving my food. Never gave me credit either. Final offense, made an order. Received confirmation. Went to the restaurant to pickup so I didn't get ripped off like last time. Restaurant was closed. I'll get my refund "in 7-10 days"
I don't understand how this company is still in business. Food is inedible by the time it's delivered, customer service is laughable, and the fees are high. I'll generously call them standards only to say that EatStreet's are criminally low.
