Didn’t get all the meals we ordered. When I reached out instead of working with me on sending out the missing meal they just refunded the one meal and refused to talk further. Had to go and pick up the meal myself which made using eatstreet that night pointless. Wouldn’t even refund my delivery fee. This company is a joke. A reply to eatstreet’s reply. I most definitely have reached out to your customer service and I have not got anywhere with your customer service. They keep telling me I accepted a refund for the missing meal so now there is nothing more they can do. I didn’t accept a refund, I asked for the meal to be sent. I’m now asking for a further refund of at least the delivery fee since I had to go out and get the meal myself, making eatstreet useless that night. Customer service is no longer replying to my email.

Eat Street cancelled my order ten minutes after it was placed. There was no explanation why it was cancelled. I called the restaurant (Edessa Restaurant) and they were open. I placed the order over the phone and picked up the order myself. I WILL NOT USE EATSTREET AGAIN.

ETA when order placed: 30 minutes. Actual arrival time: 53 minutes. Hot sandwich was lukewarm and texture was like it'd been sitting under a heat lamp.

At 7:38pm on Saturday August 28th I placed an order for delivery to xxxxxxxxxxx which is my daughters home as we were house sitting for them as they were out of town. This order was placed for Los Banditos Restaurant in Green Bay, I placed the order for immediate delivery, I have never used this service before, upon placing the delivery order I noticed that it said that the delivery would be done on Sunday August 29 at 12pm. I did all I could to research how to stop and cancel the order, but could not figure out how to. My wife and I then drove to Los Banditos to explain the situation to them. They stated that they were very busy at that time and were not taking any more delivery orders and that the service automatically defaults to delivery for the next day. They took our information and said that they would cancel the order. My daughter returned home on Sunday August 29th in the afternoon and found the delivery on her front porch. The delivery was under the name Barb xxxxxxxx, 920 471xxxx The delivery order number was 29383766. I never received an email or text as well. Obviously this was my first experience in using this service , I took every step I could , including driving to the restaurant, to cancel this order and I am very dissatisfied with my experience and am requesting that my purchase be refunded back to my credit card. I contacted eat street customer service as instructed and got no return reply. Really disappointing that communication and customer service is so poor. Thom McGovern

Horrible, food always take WAY long then the estimated time, if it says 25-30 mins expect over a hour, half the time the food is cold too. 👍 seriously just want food delivery like what it’s supposed to be.

Worst ever! I ordered Pizza Shuttle. Received an email confirmation that my order was received and a delivery time. Called Pizza Shuttle to pay with my debt card. A few moments later I got an email from Eat Street that they were cancelling my order because the restaurant was closed! Seems pretty funny when I just got off the phone with them. I will never use Eat Street again. I’ll stick with Door Dash!

I ordered Buffalo Wild Wings and checked my address three times before I placed the order. When my food said it was delivered I never received it. I had to call BWW to ask for the number to call because it only gave me an option to email. When I finally got ahold of eat street, I was on hold for 10 mins so they could get ahold of the driver. The driver said they left it at the buzzer door and I do not have a buzzer door. Regardless, the driver never called to let us know it was there. I will never be using this again it was a horrible experience and I ended up having to reorder my food and go pick it up.

Usually, I give a five-star except they have shown not to be recently and tonight has broken and left me starved, to give context I recently moved and have no kitchenware or car because it broke after moving to mineplace. My only way of food at the moment is work (food-related place) and delivery. I ordered a 20 dollar meal on the app and put my address in and waited it said it was believed looked out it wasn't. I checked and saw my address was not what I put in and it was all the way a crosstown. I called a friend to check the location near them and said it wasn't there. Went to eat street and they said because the drive sent it to the address on the order they could and would not refund but will give a coupon...I am no hungry without food and less of my hard-earned money. This place does not care about you Go Somewhere Else!!

I ordered from them at midnight for a place that closed at 2. Not only did they never deliver, they offered me 5 dollars to use only at their site, like I would ever use it again. Absolute Garbage. Why should I ever order from them again when they've shown they can't even be bothered to deliver on the first place? I spent 20 dollars on the order and they offered 5, which I foolishly took because I thought it was just late at first. So now I can't even follow up on the order because they dusted off their hands thinking they did a job well done. Don't ever try them, just go through the myriad of other options.

I wish I could give them ZERO STARS! Every time I have a problem, either it takes forever to get here from only six blocks away or I get horrible STUPID drivers that can't read and deliver to the right address. There is NO EXCUSE for this level of poor service.

EatStreet makes it easy to place orders for pickup or delivery. There is no service charge for pick up. Menus are easy to read and orders are easy to modify. The only gripe I have is that sometimes it shows that a restaurant is closed or not accepting orders and I know that the restaurant is open. Can't figure out why that would be.

I honestly don't know how to rate this, because it depends on the driver. But their terms and conditions have changed to them not being responsible for anything that happens--whether it’s your food or money stolen, or not delivering an item and food being spilled. This is the second time someone had spilled my food ALL OVER. I have dietary issues, so my food isn't cheap and I can't order again. So there goes my lunch and dinner.

I think eatstreet should go the way doordash does with sending pictures once the food has been dropped off and being able to rate the driver in the app. The drivers i’ve been getting are so careless and i’ve had just ha dead experiences with drivers and i wasn’t able to ever review them on it. kinda sucks.

I was charged for my order but it didn’t go through to the restaurant!!!

Food was great! Delivery was fast. Baan Thai food is delicious as always. The delivery person did a great job and was speedy.
