Never got food. Charged my account. No refund. No credit. Customer service gave me no solution and kicked me out of the conversation. Restaurant never even got my order.

Charged 6 times for 1 order and chat person, Jastine, was not friendly nor very helpful. I will never use them again. If I hadn't checked my pending transactions, I wouldn't have known. Also, screenshot the chat as once it's ended...it grays out and you don't get an option to print & save.
Absolutely Terrible. First off, the original delivery time was 45-60 minutes. After the order was placed it went to over 2 hours and then the food was actually never delivered. This is the 3rd time I've had issues with EatStreet. Never ordering again.
ordered food at a restaurant through eatstreet, received a confirmation number, driver was sent to pick up the order, but restaurant states they never received the order. Contacted customer service and had an online chat with customer service agent… Unable to help. Hour and a half later, never received food. $32 wasted and still hungry. clearly, I cannot recommend to anybody.
THE LAST REVIEW SAID “IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD” I TOTALLY AGREE!!!! 1. Food was almost an hour late. I was quoted 45 minutes. It arrived an hour and a half later. 2. Since I ordered sushi and was given ZERO updates as to WHEN the food was picked up and how long it had been just sitting. I HAD to THROW IT AWAY. 3. ZERO delivery UPDATES & INCORRECT delivery updates. The app was not tracking the delivery and then it told me it would arrive in 5-15 minutes for forty minutes. 4. EXTREMELY RUDE & UNHELPFUL customer service with INCORRECT information. And THEY HUNG UP ON ME. 5. The 30% Off Coupon offer said I had ALREADY used it and I HAD NOT USED the coupon. That would have given me $9 off which exacerbates the PROBLEM with $8 credit BEING INSUFFICIENT 6. I was told by the second representative I WOULD BE CONTACTED via Email within 48 HOURS. I had to contact them ONE WEEK LATER. 7. They issued me an $8 CREDIT????!!!????!! For $40 worth of food I had to throw away because of THEIR incompetence!!!!!!! 8. I have contacted them MULTIPLE times and every representative says the CANNOT HELP ME
if ZERO was an option, that's what they'd get! It's an absolute scam. The customer service was incompetent and could barely speak English or have the mental capacity to solve any problems. It was an absolute waste of time. They activate our menu and ordering system without our consent. SHADDY BUSINESS.
Nearly 8 dollars in fees to process a 25 dollar order. This service is not worth it. I was just lazy in directly phoning in my order like normal.
Just used Eatstreet for the first time. Food never came. This was EatStreets response "We sincerely apologize that your experience ordering from Su Taqueria El Rey Del Taco y Mariscos has turned out to be so disappointing. Unfortunately, requests for a refund should be made directly to the restaurant. Since EatStreet does not handle the delivery of the food for this restaurant, we are not able to process a refund. If the restaurant agrees to give you credit back, they will need to contact us to confirm this, as per our policy for refunds. We greatly appreciate your business so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions." Never using EatStreet again.
I have placed two orders through Eatstreet in the last week. Did not receive either of them. The tickets were open and said preparing food for two hours. When I called the restaurant, I'm informed the food was picked up. When I reach out to eatstreet the chat does not work, I do not get a quick response via email, and when I call I'm informed that the policy is there is nothing they can do. I put specific directions in with my order to get to my house in a new development. I have ordered through Eeatsreet a dozen times since I moved to this property and have always received my food until the last two times. There has to be some kind of contact between the driver and consumer, like Uber eats has. Or hire drivers that can read directions that are put with the order. Drives that update the tracking the food is on its way, and close out the ticket as delivered when they drop off the food. Not two hours later while the consumer is wondering where their food is. Very disappointed and sad that I am out $100.00 in ordered food.
I have been a loyal EatStreet customer since moving to Madison, WI over 7 years ago. Today, I received the worst customer service of any organization I have interacted with in a long time. My order was over 75 minutes late with no explanation. It took two chats and a phone call to get any help. When my food finally did arrive, it was inedible. (Presumably because it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour.) I was offered a $3 coupon for a $20 order. I was told I would be contacted by an account rep imminently about a refund which has yet to happen. Additionally, representative Kerl A. ended our chat before answering any of my questions. This experience has been hugely disappointing and has me seriously rethinking whether or not I will use this app in the future. EDIT: I did email EatStreet AND call them per their comment and they gave me a $3 coupon for a $20 order that I couldn’t eat that came over an hour late. Just insulting.
If 0 stars was an option I would have chose that. I ordered food, the restaurant had the food ready and waiting for a driver to pick it up. After the driver picked up the order it took them 57 more minutes to deliver. Meaning my foot was sitting for 90 minutes after the restaurant prepared it. Further when I got my order the bottle of coke was missing. I confirmed with the restaurant that it was sent. Meaning the driver took the drink. When speaking to customer service they offered me a $3 coupon. From an almost $50 order. What a joke. I will never use east street again.
They do not have their own drivers anymore. They use a 3rd party like Door Dash. Our food was cold and melted by the time we got it. That is why we don't use Door Dash. We used Eat Street cause we use to get better service, but now they use a worse less than acceptable third party that I refuse to use. Come on Eat Street step up.
First the restaurant, food and staff were excellent. That being said, EATSTREET is a scam!!! I looked up the restaurant on google maps. When the menu came up to order for pick-up, eatstreet came up as a default. I ordered for pick-up and they added almost 30% per menu item...for what? I didn't realize until I saw the actual menu prices when I went to the restaurant to get the order. Call the restaurant if you want to order.
DO NOT USE EATSTREET! I ordered food and was waiting for an hour. So contact the restaurant to see if there is there any issue with my order. The restaurant told me that the food was done and has been waiting for a driver to pick it up. After contact with the restaurant and customer service. Eatstreet finally dilivered cold and dry food to me. I asked for a refund because I can't eat that cold and dry food and has to throw it away. Eatstreet give me $3 coupon for next time. How funny?
placed order, paid for it! order was confirmed. Get to Restaurant to pick up my order and it’s not in their computer system. No way to cancel order or get my money back. Absolutely horrible and based on the reviews I see why!
I ordered and paid through the app. After more than an hour with no update, I contacted customer service. They told me the order was canceled and that they were unable to refund what I paid. Seriously? They can’t refund me for something I never even got? Never using them again

Unless you want to wait 2 hours for cold food and no refund, stay away from EatStreet.
I went what I thought was straight to the restaurant website on Google. Once I got to the restaurant to pick up my order they informed that it went through EatStreet without me ever knowing. Somehow I was redirected through them on Google without ever knowing! My order was about 30% higher than it should have been! Be very carful when ordering!
DO NOT USE EAT STREET EVER - THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR AN ORDER THEY CANNOT DELIVER BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE DRIVERS BUT THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY - NOT ONLY DID THEY SCREW OVER THE RESTAURANT AS OUR FOOD SAT THERE - WASTED - THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME TO TELL ME OUR FOOD WOULD NOT BE DELIVERED. THIS IS A HORRIBLE SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER BE USING IT AGAIN AS WELL AS TELLING EVERYONE ELSE TO NOT.
