If this star rating could be 0 star, I would definitely set it as that! My experience with EatStreet was absolutely horrible. I had to wait two hours for my order, only to end up with cold wings. Their only form of communication is through an online chat with reps who might as well be robots—they offered no real help. All they kept saying was, "The driver is on his way," yet two hours later, I was still waiting. This was my first time using EatStreet, and it will definitely be my last. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you’re looking for reliable food delivery, do yourself a favor and choose a different service!

As a driver I didn't feel respected and valued by the company or community, Eatstreet even threatened to sue me as their busiest driver when I first published my story.

Placed an order and the site said it would be 40 to 50 minutes. When I called the restaurant to confirm 45 minutes later, they told me no order had been placed. Apparently they called in the order five minutes later. Buyer beware!

Ordered $80 of food. The app said it was delivered but it wasn’t. Customer service was absolutely no help, they insisted it was delivered. Finally we discovered the order was delivered to the apartment building next door. We wouldn’t have been able to retrieve it but luckily there was someone leaving the apartment building who let me in. By that time the food was as cold as if it was in a refrigerator. Total incompetence. Never again for EatStreet. I wouldn’t chance it if I were you.

Horrible company, they charged me money for food delivery, and also I paid tip for their delivery, but they never delivered food to me !!

Ordered just about $90 of food for my bridesmaids on my wedding day and never received it. Called the restaurant after waiting forever and they had said they came and picked it up over an hour ago. Emailed customer service twice with no response. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I place an order when I was sick at home. Instead of being delivered to the address I typed in, it was delivered to a business in a completely different city. Instead of trying to rectify the situation I was told there is nothing they were willing to do. Also if I had an issues to follow up with my bank. I'll be making sure to tell more people about this experience other than just a review.

This is what it says on the odering page: "EatStreet Ready in 20 min No service fee" However, when I picked up the food I see I was charged $14 for the 2 servings I ordered. I guess, my mistake to consider that a "service fee." The manager told me I could have saved the money by just ordering directly from the restaurant which I most assuredly will do next time.

Screw this company x1000. I placed a to go order at a restaurant and they never received the order. I asked eatstreet to just give me a refund, to which they agreed. It has been 4 weeks and I still haven't received a refund. I opened another support chat asking for an update. They asked for my email address to escalate and then never responded again. At this point I am just going to have to do a credit card dispute, but this company is just one big scam. (Middle finger emoji)

I have ordered twice from Eatstreet Oshkosh and BOTH times they have screwed up my order. Missing French Fries one one and shrimp on the other order. They don't have a way to contact them other than email or live chat so you cant talk to a supervisor or manager. And any compensation for their delivery drivers not making sure orders are filoed vh properly they issue a coupon. I would appreciate my order fixed correctly as I definitely will NOT order through Eatstreet ever again. They're totally incompetent in regards to quality delivery service.

3 of 4 recent orders have been cancelled due to the restaurant 'not being open' (according to the form email I received), though all 3 restaurants were in fact open and are restaurants I had successfully ordered from through ES in the past. The service rep was no help. Emailing customer service resulted in yet another form email that did not address *anything* I actually said in it. I'm sure that $3 coupon they gave me for an hour of waiting for no food will be really helpful, considering the last time this happened I did order again from a different place and it ended up identically - waiting an hour, no food. They've historically been really good in my area, and they started here, so I've tried to support them. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt the first time this happened, but now it's a pattern.

Took the money, No food

Food never arrived (a large order). Took a long time to get a customer service rep. Many minutes for them to investigate. Was told I'd be comped for delivery charges. Restaurant actually redid order and delivered. Was told they'd tell Eat Street to comp me. I never was. Contacted Customer Service again, Chat and then was dropped. Started a new Chat, not resolved.

Unit numbers don't show up on their end even though it is on the order on the customer's side. They won't refund unless the restaurant refunds them. So EatStreet is the only party involved that cuased a problem, and they are the only party that doesn't lose anything.

Absolutely terrible! I waited almost 2 hours for my food and they hadn’t even received the order. I left they told me because I reached out after my order had been “ confirmed” they couldn’t do anything. When else would you complain? Before your order had been messed up? Do not use do not recommend

They delivered my food to some unknown location. When I asked where my food was they just kept saying to check my email. When I asked where the superficially left my food they ended the live chat with me. They just kept repeating no refunds. I never asked for a refund.

going bankrupt for a reason

Driver didn't follow delivery instructions. Due to knee injury I requested food be brought inside front door. Food was left outside in freezing temperatures and he didn't ring bell. Food arrived late and cold. Order 57501

Like others, my order was never delivered. The driver reported delivery, but the agent on the chat said that they have no way of contacting drivers. I'll not use them again. Restaurants should avoid EatStreet.
