We reported a breakdown at 9:30am but the van was not towed till 4:37pm. Awful service. Even the service advisor on the phone was embarrassed.
Easy and quick to contact by phone and the online form. Friendly, helpful call staff. Amazingly fast arrival of the roadside mechanic. A link via a text to track how far away they are. The mechanic was super friendly, knowledgeable and fixed my car within minutes. Amazing service.

I had a wonderful experience with Dynamo Cover. The whole process was very easy and fast, which was exactly what I needed in Birmingham city. I really appreciated how quickly they sent the towing van and how smoothly my car was dropped off at the nearest garage. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, which gave me peace of mind. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable roadside assistance!
The site would not accept my mileage to validate my account. There is no customer service number. I wanted to cancel in the 14 day cooling off period but they don’t honour that and list charges to take most of the money. Beware of this company
I was only trying to register. What a nightmare! Only trying to Register. Spent 3Hrs going round in circle's, Mainly with the issue of Downloading milage, (only 68), "New Bike".. I still don't know where I am in the process of registration. I would have cancelled by now If It weren't for the extortionate Cancellation Fee. My Only Hope is I will be contacted To Solve this issue! My Hope's Aren't Hi!
AUTO-RENEWAL unauthorised payment taken. Requested previously that this auto-renewal was cancelled but they didn’t and then refused to refund the amount taken. It was challenged on the day the new policy was starting and payment hadn’t yet cleared. It was within 14 days cooling off period where, by law, any new policy/subscription can be cancelled for a full refund. Dynamo Cover refused to address the question, other than to say they had no record of cancelling an auto-renewal. They then stopped communicating all together. Thankfully payment was on a credit card and the bank revoked the payment.
Cannot fault this company. The service is brilliant. Rang for assistance and that arrived 15 minutes later. Would highly recommend.
From the beginning of my phone call to recovering my car, the experience was great. Very polite and helpful girl on the phone and the driver was very professional . Well done.
Communication was excellent from start to finish. They informed me as soon as a recovery company was allocated and then again when they were on their way, They also checked that the recovery had arrived. The whole process was very easy and it was a great service.

Really help full, I wasn't with my car when it broken down. They attend my car with in hour and fixed the issue straight away.

The bloke that came out was very nice and helpful and arrived quite quickly fixed my issue in a matter of minutes and gave me advice for the future aswell
Had an issue with my car on a long car journey at the weekend. Added a breakdown request with Dynamo, and within 5 minutes they had called me and given me an estimated time of mechanic arrival. Within 30 minutes the mechanic had solved my problem, and I was back on the road. Dynamo then rang back to ensure that I was happy with the service. Quick, as stress free as possible, and thorough. This is the second time I have used Dynamo and both experiences have been good!
Last Year i paid 53 pounds for EU breakdown cover and this year they auto renewed 99.83 pound without my consent and when i asked to refund the money they charged me 16 pound admin. I have taken EU breakdown cover for 45 pound a year. I haven't received email notifications because Google suddenly stopped my incoming emails because of storage capacity was full and i haven't used my credit card in this month that is why i failed to see the transection it was a bit delayed and i explained to them. But they refused to refund the full money. Disgusting admin service, just making money by emailing and charging people.

Very disappointed with the customer service I received today, all I wanted to do was change the registration on our policy as I now have a cherished plate. Please be aware that you will charged £15.99 to make any changes on your policy after the 14 day cool off period. Definitley will not be using these theives again.
This is the worst experience of my life, they dont work on phone calls ( customer service) this is the shit company anyone can go for their claim, even their companies which they are connected dont know what’s happening between them. Company accept claim but their claim companies asks for additional money at the end. And you need to wait for months to get a reply on your email. Please please please save your money and time. And go for a good insurance company we pay money for our ease not for headache. Again i am begging please dont buy insurance from them.
