Automat renewable cost double original cost. When questioned quite sharp response. Cancelled end of September 2025, charged the £15.99 stated but no refund for Oct and part of Nov outstanding
The service was very quick and good and the rack came within the time frame and easy to report an incident. Everything is online so no need to wait in line to report the accident.

Quick and very good service
Once the recovery truck arrived, the man (sorry I can't remember his name) was friendly and professional. He knew the garage he was taking my car and myself to and the journey was easy. Very pleasant, plausible man.
Fantastic service and really quick to help me. when I broke down they came really fast to collect me and my vehicle and took me home and fixed my bike. I would definitely recommend
On initial paperwork the emergency tel number to ring was not clear. I had to ring you to find out what number I should ring if I needed it. I did use the service locally, I had a flat tyre, nail in it. The recover chap was with me in just over an hour. What I did think was good that a text giving estimated time of arrival and a follow up text to check if they had arrived by that time.
Professional call handler, following breakdown. Swift attendance, courteous chap, vehicle towed to garage.

Auto renew without permission. Initial £36 for one trip 2 yrs ago. Took £72 following year without any request from us and this year attempting to take £84. Shocking deceitful and fraud This company are crooks. Never received any cover documents for the fraudulent auto renewals. We have not needed breakdown cover over last two years for the cruise ship we sailed on.
Avoid at all costs. Auto renew without permission after price hike. Tried to cancel but charged full years price. Con artists who try to lure you in with cheap initial deals.
Very happy with service. The Breakdown Vehicle arrived in 20 minutes. The mechanic was very helpful and quick. Happy to recommend Dynamo Cover.
Increase prices, auto renewal and up prices, charge you lots of hidden brokerage fees, charges for cancellation. They offer a discount for new policies, but its cheaper to go through money super market.
