Dynamo breakdown insurance/cover scams using loop holes in the system They target customers who can't afford to pay good reputable company. Initially they offer very cheap cover to catch customers. My friends wife paid for my first cover charge from her card. The automated renewal would be triple the charge what you paid initially without any consent of customer & card holder.This is online company no one to discuss the issue. Very poor customer service. They took the payment unauthorised by the card holder and customer.They refused to refund, they said if I cancel my policy they will refund only 30% of the amount they took from her card. I suggest customers not to use this online company. Better to get insurance with reputable companies such as AA, RAC,GREEN FLAG.
