Fraudulent auto renewal
Auto renew without permission. Initial £36 for one trip 2 yrs ago. Took £72 following year without any request from us and this year attempting to take £84. Shocking deceitful and fraud This company are crooks. Never received any cover documents for the fraudulent auto renewals. We have not needed breakdown cover over last two years for the cruise ship we sailed on.
