The car sells woman was very great had me very confident in everything i wanted. They were very nice and gave me everything I wanted with my car search. It did not take long to finalize the car sell.

I'm not real happy with drivetime i got approval online I drove to dealership missed worked to go get a vehicle I was approved online for 895 down and that was without trade in with my car.my car is old and runs but was offered 500 for scrap price they only offered me 250 trade in value. .when I got there down payment changes from 895 to 1400.. basically false advertisement

If I could rate them a 0 I would, But it won't let me! Anyways we purchased a 2018 CHEVY TRAVERSE LS on 12/7/24 & a week later we started having multiple sensors going off on the dashboard & not once but twice the car DIED in the middle of highway at a stoplight with my 4 month old SON in the car after the start stop turned the car off but then the car completely died & I had to be pushed off the road! & this happened twice! Called the Glendale drivetime & told them the problems I was having and I told them I wanted to get a completely different car because it was not dependable for my little family & they completely didn't care & said well you had to do that within 5 days! Well sorry but all the problems didn't start til after the 5 days naturally but I feel like this happens alot! They referred me to the warranty, & we live 3 hrs away from tucson or phx in a small town & the vehicle had to go to a chevy dealer that accepts silverrock but guess what the only 2 chevy dealers in my town didn't accept silverrock because of so many issues, hmmm seems like a pattern... so they wanted me to drive the vehicle 2 hrs away to a dealer that accepts silverrock, mind you i asked them if they could tow but of course only cover 75 miles & i live over 200 miles, so I said I want you to put in the notes that if something happens to me while driving this LEMON OF A CAR I want it to be known you guys knew & did not care! So we took it to a dealership in tucson & there's almost a whole page of codes that popped up! The main that it stems down to is the transmission switch sensor, back tire sensor, the BATTERY & the BRAKES WERE SHOT & THE ROTORS NEED TO BE RESURFACED!! Your telling me DRIVETIME DIDNT SEE ALL THIS! So now I'm fighting with silverrock to replace the brakes & the rotors, because we literally had the car a week! When we were checking the lights & stuff on the car the back windshield wiper was upside down, so it shows how much they take there time to inspect all there vehicles. Worst experience ever! My father tried calling down there to speak to someone about maybe working out a tow so I wouldn't get stranded if it died on my 2 hr drive to the dealership, but Mr. SETH at the GLENDALE location was so unhelpful & rude! It's quite funny because when we were going through the process of getting my husband approved they were ALL FINE with talking to me BUT SINCE IT WAS NOW A PROBLEM THEY NO LONGER WOULD TALK TO ME LET ALONE MY FATHER! So then my father called back to talk to a manager & he had to leave his name & number & do you think they have called him back yet???! Must be another pattern because LUIS at the same GLENDALE LOCATION was very un-informative, everytime I asked a question it was like I was annoying him...HA WHAT A JOKE THAT LOCATION IS! So now we are without a vehicle now for over a week while they repair it! Never again! The car is a LEMON! & IF THEY HAD ANY TYPE OF CONSCIOUS OR INTEGRITY THEY WOULD HAVE REPLACED MY VEHICLED COMPLETELY, BUT YA RIGHT! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT SHOP HERE, EVEN IF ITS YOUR ONLY OPTION LITERALLY MAKE ANOTHER OPTION HAPPEN, BECAUSE NO!!!!
I had the best enjoyable car purchasing experience in my 30 years of buying a car. Lorenzo and Kyle weren’t only pleasant honest but they were knowledgeable when it came to answering all one thousand of my questions 😊. The total process was totally awesome as a result of Kyle and Lorenzo. Kyle went above and beyond servicing me although my appt was with Lorenzo. Team there is great! I would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends.
They all worked hard to get the SUV I wanted and with all the paperwork I needed it still only took 24 hours to drive off the lot. They were amazing
I financed a ride and not even a month later it was giving me problems. From what I heard from the shops I took my vehicle to, yall just sell ppl busted rides and let the warranty take care of it. Now I'm stuck with no ride to work and the car is in the shop. I don't recommend this place to anyone! I need a trade.
I have bought vehicles before that are an all day event that stressed me out, but with Drive Time it was fast and easy and we got a great deal on a great truck! I highly recommend that everyone go see Allan at Casset Ave,, Jacksonville, Florida.

I have had the worst experience with drive time I wish I never got a vehicle from Lombard IL location. They lied to me about this vehicle and I’ve had a terrible time since purchasing this vehicle. Check engine light is on continuously something has been wrong with the vehicle since the very first day of me purchasing they are not genuine people and silverock the warranty company PATHETIC. This is a complete rip off I’m seeking legal counsel.
My son purchased a car from this company and has had NOTHING but problems. It has been in the shop more than it has been out. He was looking for a dependable car to get back and forth to work and that did not happen. This company did nothing to help him out. We have been very disappointed!
Motorcycle totaled my car in April 2024. Went to Drive Time for help. salesperson was awful. Was there 41/2 hours and never offer me water. He told me there was a recall on the car I liked. Said just take it to Ford and they will fix it. One month later I take it to Ford and they tell me they will not have the part till 1/2025. Fast forward to 12/2024. Recall happens. Take it back to Ford. Recall was the oil pump. They told me they will have to replace the pump and the motor. Can't give me a loner till they get the parts. Around 2 months. Can't take it off the lot because the motor could blow up or start on fire. It will be March before I will get it back. The car was dangerous and could have killed me and my family. They knew this and sold it anyway.
