I downloaded the app and started looking for a car. When asked how much I wanted to put down and put $0. Every vehicle that it shows wants a down payment of $3500 up, most want $5000+. I'm also looking for a lower priced car; in the filters it won't even let me change the price lower than $7000. I should have stayed on Facebook marketplace instead of wasting my time with these #*!@s. they may accept 99 % of people by not technichally rejecting them. i wanted a low priced used car with a minimal down payment with a income of less than $3000 right now. the results were thousands of cars over $10000 that i could get with an income of $3500 and a down payment of $4000 and up. There should be someone reinforcing businesses to make accurate claims; not sure why this isnt false advertising.
Justin, Sheena, and Fred are great. It took sometime and patience for everything to work out for me. And they stayed Friendly, Helpful, and very Professional in making sure I got the vehicle I wanted.
I bought the vehicle in December 2024 and haven’t stopped having issues yet with my car. I even called the people who sold the car and they stated that there was nothing they can do due to 5 days passing. I’ve utilized their extended warranty and after 1 month from getting the car fixed for the fourth time, I’m stuck for the fifth time having to pay $5000 due to their extended warranty stating that they cannot fix it. Please be careful! This was not worth it and now I’m struggling having to figure out how to get me and my children around.
Mind you these are major issues such as my radiator, blown gasket, and now my rimming fuel
