If I could rate them a 0 I would, But it won't let me! Anyways we purchased a 2018 CHEVY TRAVERSE LS on 12/7/24 & a week later we started having multiple sensors going off on the dashboard & not once but twice the car DIED in the middle of highway at a stoplight with my 4 month old SON in the car after the start stop turned the car off but then the car completely died & I had to be pushed off the road! & this happened twice! Called the Glendale drivetime & told them the problems I was having and I told them I wanted to get a completely different car because it was not dependable for my little family & they completely didn't care & said well you had to do that within 5 days! Well sorry but all the problems didn't start til after the 5 days naturally but I feel like this happens alot! They referred me to the warranty, & we live 3 hrs away from tucson or phx in a small town & the vehicle had to go to a chevy dealer that accepts silverrock but guess what the only 2 chevy dealers in my town didn't accept silverrock because of so many issues, hmmm seems like a pattern... so they wanted me to drive the vehicle 2 hrs away to a dealer that accepts silverrock, mind you i asked them if they could tow but of course only cover 75 miles & i live over 200 miles, so I said I want you to put in the notes that if something happens to me while driving this LEMON OF A CAR I want it to be known you guys knew & did not care! So we took it to a dealership in tucson & there's almost a whole page of codes that popped up! The main that it stems down to is the transmission switch sensor, back tire sensor, the BATTERY & the BRAKES WERE SHOT & THE ROTORS NEED TO BE RESURFACED!! Your telling me DRIVETIME DIDNT SEE ALL THIS! So now I'm fighting with silverrock to replace the brakes & the rotors, because we literally had the car a week! When we were checking the lights & stuff on the car the back windshield wiper was upside down, so it shows how much they take there time to inspect all there vehicles. Worst experience ever! My father tried calling down there to speak to someone about maybe working out a tow so I wouldn't get stranded if it died on my 2 hr drive to the dealership, but Mr. SETH at the GLENDALE location was so unhelpful & rude! It's quite funny because when we were going through the process of getting my husband approved they were ALL FINE with talking to me BUT SINCE IT WAS NOW A PROBLEM THEY NO LONGER WOULD TALK TO ME LET ALONE MY FATHER! So then my father called back to talk to a manager & he had to leave his name & number & do you think they have called him back yet???! Must be another pattern because LUIS at the same GLENDALE LOCATION was very un-informative, everytime I asked a question it was like I was annoying him...HA WHAT A JOKE THAT LOCATION IS! So now we are without a vehicle now for over a week while they repair it! Never again! The car is a LEMON! & IF THEY HAD ANY TYPE OF CONSCIOUS OR INTEGRITY THEY WOULD HAVE REPLACED MY VEHICLED COMPLETELY, BUT YA RIGHT! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT SHOP HERE, EVEN IF ITS YOUR ONLY OPTION LITERALLY MAKE ANOTHER OPTION HAPPEN, BECAUSE NO!!!!
