I'm not real happy with drivetime i got approval online I drove to dealership missed worked to go get a vehicle I was approved online for 895 down and that was without trade in with my car.my car is old and runs but was offered 500 for scrap price they only offered me 250 trade in value. .when I got there down payment changes from 895 to 1400.. basically false advertisement

We have been to bobs Evan in jackson michigan on e michigan ave and n west Ave 4 times each to both locations 1 time was it good. The other 7 times they messed up our order, wait time ridiculous, staff flirting with each other and not doing there jobs food portions omg kid size. One of my order crispy chicken sandwich all I wanted was cheese mayo lettuce tomato it came with pi kles onion mayo some kind of mustard, the frys that I ordered within cold and 11 ffs is what I got. Another order breakfast I order eggs over medium bacon extra crispy, French toast and white toast lite butter I got eggs cooked well.done no yolk, bacon was cold and rubbery not cooked long French toast was cold dried out toast had so much butter 3 napkins to try to clean some of butter off that's enough I won't bother with rest of orders. Staff management pay attention customers are y you are there.
